Relax in the large hot tub in the privately fenced backyard. Enjoy the spacious living room and dining area for gathering. Grab a cup of coffee from the coffee station. Step in the quiet office nook. The kitchen is fully stocked. Minutes away from Downtown, Westport, 39th Street, and the Plaza. Quick drive to the stadiums and the airport.

*Christmas tree is up until 1/1/25* Completely remodeled and centrally located! Private backyard with a hot tub and TVs in every room. You’ll be staying a few minutes away from Kansas City’s most popular destinations! Less than 10 minutes away from downtown, Power & Light, Westport, Plaza, Crossroads and 39th district! Designated office space for those traveling for work! A quick drive to the stadiums and the airports!

Absolutely no parties or smoking in the space. You are in the city with nearby homes everywhere. Neighbors are watching closely and we will immediately cancel any booking if a noise complaint takes place.
It is crucial to be mindful of the surrounding neighbors. Please refrain from noise and park as many cars in the driveway as there is limited street parking. The driveway is located on the right facing the house, NOT the one on the left as that belongs to the grey duplex. Please do not block other vehicles or neighbor's drivways. Again, please be mindful of any noise. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTYING OR LARGE GATHERINGS!!!!!

This is the perfect house for families & pets. Our dogs loved the backyard and we absolutely loved the Jucuzzi. That was an amazing way to end the days. We stayed in the house over Thanksgiving and what a great location, and quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay in this home again.
Getting treats for being good babies.
Traveling is hard work. They felt so comfortable in this home.

The property was centrally located to everything we wanted to do in Kansas City. It was a close drive or Uber to many things and there were bars and restaurants within walking distance. It accommodated our group of 4 adults great and we felt like we had plenty of space. We reported a couple broken pieces of furniture with the host and they were very communicative and we had no issues. Check in and out was super easy. We didn't utilize the hot tub bc it was warm outside in early September still but everything was well kept and clean. Loved that the kitchen/dining room area was spacious, this is where we spent most of the time in between exploring the city.
