The condo was much smaller than we anticipated. It was difficult for four of us to prepare food and find a comfortable place to eat because of the limited space. Overall, many parts of the condo felt worn, poorly finished, or in need of repair. For example, the main-level bathroom had several issues. The sliding barn door did not close all the way, the walls had noticeably different shades of the same paint color, and the shower base felt soft and unstable, with crudely patched holes. Three out of the four ceiling fan remotes were missing, and although I received instructions for using Roku, there were not Roku devices on any of the TVs. The HVAC system is located in the bedroom closest to the bathroom, which caused a constant dripping noise. The loft was very hot, and the loud rattling jet fan used to circulate air made it difficult to relax. The loft bathroom/playroom setup was unusual, and you could not stand up straight in that space. The shower door in the loft also could not open fully because it hit the toilet. In addition, using the washer and dryer created a lot of noise and caused the floor to shake. The laundry detergent used by the cleaning staff was also extremely strong and heavily scented. The smell on the bedsheets was overwhelming. The condo did serve its purpose, and the clubhouse was very nice, with two great pools. However, the listing photos did not fully reflect the actual quality, condition, or functionality of the condo.
