About this property

The best condo in Jaco Beach, just got A LOT BETTER!

Welcome to The Palms 801! We are the only five bedroom beachfront condo in all of Jaco. At the time of this writing, we have 75 reviews (74 five star, 1 four star). All reviews came before we did a massive update on all of the interior and balcony. In October 2024 we updated everything! We have new beds, furniture, bathrooms, floor tiles, wallpaper, art, closets, and appliances. Palms 801 was already the best rental unit in all of Jaco prior to the construction updates, but now the condo is flawless.

Our goal at Palms 801 is to provide you an amazing place to stay and help you enjoy the perfect vacation. Palms 801 is a truly special place and we want to be part of the best vacation you will ever have. Our mission is to make you want to come back to Costa Rica again and again.

Palms 801 covers the entire 8th floor of The Palms. We have a fully covered 52' x 13' balcony that makes for the perfect place to have breakfast, see the beach, enjoy sunrise and sunset, or just relax. Palms 801 is also handicap friendly.

We are a one minute walk to the beach, three pools, and five restaurants. We are a five minute walk to more amazing restaurants, stores, and nightlife. Nearly all Jaco is within walking distance or only a short taxi ride away.

Our housekeeper Raquel will serve breakfast each day and also clean for you daily. Raquel speaks perfect English and Spanish. She can also help arrange airport pick up, tours and excursions, chef services for lunches and dinners, and lists of things to do in Costa Rica.

Nothing beats having breakfast at home before heading out to your adventures. Your 1st day starter breakfast is fully comped by us! Each additional breakfast will be prepared by Raquel. You only have to provide the groceries. The kitchen is stocked with cooking supplies, spices, and dry goods. Raquel can do grocery shopping upon request as well.

We will help you plan and customize your vacation: airport shuttles, rental cars, tours, taxis, amazing places and when to go to them. Our goal is to make it so you only have to worry about flights and enjoying the best vacation you have ever had!

Everything was excellent!! The penthouse is beautiful and has an amazing view of the beach. Raquel, our property manager was very helpful and sweet. She offered to cook breakfasts for our group of 7 and all the food she made was delicious! On our second day the building’s water pipe burst and Raquel was communicative on updates and let us know once repaired. Will definitely be coming back when planning a stay in Jaco.

Perfect Vacation In Jaco

There were only six of us but this Condo would have been spacious for 10+. Very clean and comfortable, excellent location on the beach and within walking distance of shopping and restaurants in Jaco. Centrally located for local attractions at Los Suenos and Manuel Antonio National Park. Raquel was amazing, excellent breakfasts of local flavor and a great resource for coordinating activities. Our host was very prompt answering questions and making adjustments to our stay. The day to day property manager arranged all of our excursions and transportation to and from including the airport. We felt very safe and trusting with our arrangements. Compared to the excursions and activities offered downtown and by random taxi drivers. We used the Property’s preferred Chef Sharlton and he was great. Lots of food left over for lunch the next day for about the price of eating out. Great for a family of eight.

Amazing Hostess

We stayed in Jaco four nights. Our hostess hostess was amazing! She has a very outgoing and happy personality that was very welcoming. Her knowledge of the local Farmers Market Thursday Night allowed us to pick-up local fruits and vegetables on our first night. amazing condo

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo it is well appointed and very comfortable. The deck area and views never got old after 3 weeks. Raqual is such a bonus with making breakfast and local knowledge of places to visit , things to see and do plus she helped set them up. Jason, we tried to get her to come home with us or at least come on our next vacation she said she loves it there and won't come. Thanks for everything.

There is something magical about waking up and hearing the ocean waves. Palms 801 has a special energy about it that is hard to explain, but nearly everyone who has ever stayed there says the same.

Why they chose this property

Location. We have our own private entrance to Crocs Casino and Resort. The north end of Jacó beach is peaceful. A place to get away from the crowds and town.
