Family vacation

House is very spacious with everything you need for a great vacation. The owner is really helpful and communication is easy with him. Our only critique is the water pressure but all in all that didn’t affect the great time we had. Would definitely stay again

Friends Golf Getaway

We had a wonderful vacation!! we had a minor issue with the hot tub and it was addressed the following day, communication with the owner was great, lots of golf courses to chooses from, we would definitely return to this house.

Great Location for Family Disneyworld Trip

Our family or 13 really enjoyed our stay at this villa. It is a very nice location to visit Disneyworld. The villa has everyone a family would need. The manager John was very responsive and provided us anything we needed. We wish we would have stayed a couple more days to take advantage of all the amenities in the home.

Great location

The house is as presented, and has a wonderful pool/outdoor area. The furnishings are a bit dated, but comfortable and the house is well-stocked. It's a great location if you're in town for the attractions -- the nearby waterpark was a surprise hit. It's a great place for families or a group.

Stayed at the villa for a multi-family vacation and we could not have been happier with our stay. Everything was as advertised and we enjoyed the pool, hot tub and views of the lake. Great Place

We couldn’t have picked a better place to enjoy our Disney trip. Our family of 12 thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is very close to all the Disney parks and conveniently located to anything you would need. The host is very helpful and checked in with us often to make sure we had everything we needed.

Perfect for Disney

Beautiful home with well equipt kitchen and a mountain of pool towels! 4 families very comfortable with 7 bedrooms with private baths. Plenty of hot water, loved having the laundry. So close to Disney you can return in the hottest part of the day to the fantastic pool, and go back in the evening.

Terrific Villa

We spent a week at this perfectly detailed villa for our 15 person family vacation. Everything was great— close to Disney, ample eating locations close by and the villa itself was simply icing on the cake. The pool really paid off after 90 degree days at Disney. Definitely a wonderful location and residence.

Family Relaxation

The property is as described and extremely nice. The host was exceptional and very responsive. We only had one issue that was resolved very quickly and they checked on us throughout the visit. I highly recommend this property and this host. They both represent a best in vacation rentals.

This house was as immaculate as the pictures show. The neighborhood was amazing and it was so close to EVERYTHING. The house had everything that we needed for all ages, and the pool was wonderful. We were so pleased and will definitely be back again!

Disney Family Vacation 2024

Awesome stay! Beautiful home and location. Close to all of the attractions. Pool was wonderful. Lake in the back was great for fishing. Large bass caught daily and was a fun time for our grandson. Dream vacation and didnt want to leave. John was wonderful and responsive. We highly recommend!

Great family vacation villa

We are 3 families that stayed at the villa. All was perfect, pool, rooms, all needed things, even extra for our new born son, all family members were satisfied and we definitely would rent same house next year. Great House

House was clean and just as advertised. There are two dryers and neither works very well but that was a minor issue. Loved everything else about it. Close to Disney and many restaurants. It is easy to get to, quite neighborhood. I would definitely book again!

Excellent Stay!

I rated excellent as this was a perfect experience for our family. The communication was first rate, and process very smooth from check in to check out! The house is huge and was exactly what we needed with bathrooms in most every bedroom. John Rae provided very useful tips, and very quick response to any questions. It was great coming home from Long days at Disney and swimming in the pool and relaxing in the Hot tub! Great location near tons of restaurants as well as Disney! Thank you John!!

Beautiful Home, Beautiful stay!

The house was very spacious and nicely decorated. All of the BR were really nice. However, one of the bedrooms’ bed was not clean and there was a hair in the bed and spots on the sheets. Some of the towels in the bathrooms had a smell. Other than that, my/our stay was nice. The outdoor area was really nice. Wish the pool was labeled with the depth of the pool as everyone in my party could not swim and the pool was rather deep.

What makes this property unique

You are in Florida so you just want to be outside even when it rains.
The villa is within a mile of a winery, a golf club and an Aqua Park and of course a couple of miles from Disney.
At the front of the villa in the covered porch there are 4 rocking chairs which is ideal to relax on while you wait for the rest of your family or friends to get ready to go out.
Pool side there is the covered lanai with chairs for everyone to watch TV or stair at the pool in all weathers.
There are 10 Smart TVs
75 inch in the main living room
65 inch in each of the 5 King bedrooms, living room, Games-room and lanai.
48 inch in the room with 2 full beds
43 inch in the Princess room.
The BBQ is at the side of the villa for the al fresco cooking.
The lake for a little fishing. (Bass) Even I caught one.
