• Spacious villa - Lots of space both inside and outside the villa on a huge lot.
• A/C in all the rooms including the games room.
• Wi-Fi and internet. 5G net
• Kitchen is spacious with all modern appliances - American fridge / freezer, electrical/gas cooker, microwave and dish washer.
• There are 10 Smart TVs
65 inch in each of the 4 King bedrooms, living room & Gamesroom.

At the front of the villa in the covered porch there are 4 rocking chairs which is ideal to relax on while you wait for the rest of your family or friends to get ready to go out.
Pool side there is the covered lanai with chairs for everyone to watch TV or stair at the pool in all weathers.
