Beautiful newly renovated villa in Formosa Gardens.
This 7 bedroom villa boasts one of the best lake views of Formosa Gardens with a stunning south facing pool.
The King size Master bedroom is sheer luxury. It has a king size bed and a beautiful en-suite bathroom, French doors leading out to the Pool, Spa and kiddies pool, overlooking Star Lake and Parkland to the side offering unrivalled privacy, it also has its own tv.
There are also a bedroom two with twin beds with access to the pool bath-room.

The second King size bedroom has an en-suite shower bathroom. There are also two Queen size bedrooms which boast a large walk in shower in their private en-suite bathrooms. Another which has 2 full sized beds.
Each adult bedroom has a private bathroom, the twin bedroom has access to the pool bathroom and the two other twin rooms share a bathroom.

The private luxury screened pool gets the sun all day round and has the largest deck area on the lake with plenty sun loungers so you can obtain that all important sun tan! At night see the amazing fibre optic light show in the pool while you watch the fireworks at The
Magic Kingdom from the pool area.

We had a great stay. Perfect for our family of 10 which included 4 kids and 6 adults. Lots of space to spread out in the 7 bedrooms. We loved the abundance of loungers by the pool and the sunshine from early morning to late afternoon. Having no backyard neighbours and a vacant lot on one side, made this the most private property we have stayed at in Formosa Gardens. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent this property again!

This home accommodated our 12 people very nicely! Great area to take walks in the morning as well! Our host responded quickly when we had questions. I would have given 5 stars, but we did have some issues with the pool/hot tub not working/heating properly.

Fantastic location with a lovely spacious environment for multi generational holiday. Our 2yr old granddaughter especially liked the little pool. We know the area well and this place is perfect for us, well stocked with everything we needed.Both the host and management team ensured we had a fabulous time and responded quickly to any questions, having visited over 20 rental homes over the years this is a 10 out of 10 and would love to stay again.

The house was beautiful and in a beautiful quiet location. Very clean with lots of room so everyone could have their own space. We had a great time. My only recommendation would be to get a barbeque for the house. We had nine people in our group and cooking in the oven was quite challenging since there was no bbq. Thanks again for letting us use the house.

Our family of 9 stayed here and had a wonderful time! We love the quiet location, beautiful views and the pool, hot tub and kiddie pool was perfect for our 2 year old grandson. We have stayed at Villa Belagio previously and it never disappoints.

September family vacation

Excellent villa with everything required for a great vacation. The family all loved the trip and would love to stay again in the future. Location was excellent and allowed easy access to Disney without having to join/leave I-4. Choice of restaurants and supermarkets close by was great.

This house is exactly as advertised and also centrally located. It was very quick getting to and from all the attractions, shopping and restaurants. The house was very clean and inviting. The pool is very large and clean as well as the hot tub. We would go back for sure!

Beautiful home close to Disney. This is great house which is near Disney and area restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and was a great place for our large group of 9. The pool was a nice place to spend a relaxing day away from the parks. Owner was very responsive to questions.

Luxury on the lake - your perfect location for a family when planning a holiday including Disney

Beautiful house in the best gated community when visiting Disney area attractions. The pool is a generous size where you can unwind after a days theme park visits or a day browsing through the shopping malls. All the rooms are fresh and clean have their own TVs with streaming services. And when you need to stock up on essentials there are four large supermarkets nearby and also chemists just in case you need medication sun creams etc

Stayed for 2 weeks over Christmas and New year's! Property is fantastic the pool area is massive with great views and seating options. Property location for attending the Theme parks is incredibly convenient. Had a few issues with heating of the Hot Tub but the property manger was prompt in attending the locations and replacing the unit. Have stayed in multiple locations over the years in Orlando and this is by far the best!

Pool chairs were very poor quality but towels provided to cover them.House not very clean, clumps of hair all over.Message to owner: If you want your towels washed, leave some laundry tablets please.Good amount of plates dishes cutlery etc.Beds comfy, linen old and worn.
