Newly renovated, there is a full kitchen with new cabinets, granite countertops, new furniture (to include a comfortable queen bed) and flooring, and new paint throughout.

This is one unit of a seven unit 1-story apartment complex. Each unit has one bedroom and one bathroom, two clothing closets, and one closet for linens. The bathroom has both a shower and a tub. There is a front door and back door for entry. There is a full kitchen in each unit, with a refrigerator, stove and microwave in each unit (no dishwasher). Also, not shown is a fully fenced in backyard.

Stayed here for the weekend to see some family and go to a show at the Orion Amphitheater. Nice little place with a backyard, clean and equipped with everything we needed for a solid stay! Great host too :)
