We Expect All Trash Taken out of Home including BAthrooms & put in our Dumpster, All Dishes washed CLean & Put Away Do Not Leave In Dishwasher!, No shoes In home. BathTowels Used put in Laundry Baskets, We strip all Bedding & Replace Every Rental, you can leave bedding.

To help maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you avoid cooking or preparing strong-smelling foods inside the home. use outside Blackstone grill for strong foods.

This includes (but is not limited to): curry, heavy spices, frying foods, fish, or other foods with lingering odors.

Due to the natural wood interior of the home, odors can absorb into surfaces and be difficult to remove.

Failure to follow this rule will result in additional cleaning fees, up to $500

Dishes, cleaned, and put away, all garbage taken out to the dumpster. Please keep straps on dumpster to avoid animals spreading garbage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The game room provided many options for entertainment. I can imagine the pontoon would have been a great way to spend summer days (unfortunately we came late March and snowed during our stay). Love the master room because of how big and spacious it was, with great view of the lake.

Booked a last minute cousin family get together for a couple of nights, and it was the perfect place to stay! We absolutely love the private view from our deck—unlike a resort, this is your own personal space to relax and enjoy. With a huge dock, pontoon included, and plenty of water toys like a paddleboard and three kayaks, you'll have everything you need for lakeside fun. Grilling on the deck is one of my favorite ways to cook, and our family enjoys swimming, paddle boating, kayaking, and taking the pontoon to the sandbar. For even more adventure, we love four-wheeling and snowmobiling, with miles of trails accessible right from the property. If you have your own ATV or snowmobiles, there’s plenty of trailer parking. On days when cooking’s not on the agenda, we take the pontoon to Zorbaz on the lake for delicious pizza, Mexican food, and cocktails. In the evenings, we gather around the bonfire, play board games, or watch movies.
