Charming 3-bedroom cottage in Groton Long Point

Charming sunny cottage steps from the beach. Water views in several directions. Three bedrooms, new kitchen and bath, plus wonderful private hot water outside shower. Dedicated workspace and high speed Wi-Fi.

The cottage is on a rise, a bit elevated from the street. It has many windows on all sides so it has lovely light and is always cooled by the breeze. GLP is consistently a good 15 degrees cooler in summer than the city. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

Two queen bedrooms and a third with twin daybed that converts to king.

There is a garage for bikes, etc,, a narrow driveway (we use for bikes, etc.), and parking for 2-3 cars on the grass.


GLP is the perfect family vacation spot. It is a small private community with several beaches, tennis courts, nature trails, and a scenic marsh full of birds.

A reasonably priced monthly yacht club membership is available which allows for wonderful children's programs in sailing, tennis, swimming, sports, and more, as well as events for the grownups.

There is no through traffic, so streets are full of children on bikes going from class to class, draped with life jackets and tennis rackets.
