Newly remodeled kitchen, dining room and living room. Newly painted interior and carpet in all bedrooms with new mattresses. You cannot go wrong with this house. Has all the amenities of home including fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and screened in pool (not heated).

It is a short walk (approx 5 mins) or a very short drive to the beautiful white sandy beach of Panama City Beach. . Located on the quieter west end of the beach. This is the part of the beach families want to be in.

If you are looking for a place to party and be loud to disturb the neighbors, this is not the house for you.

Why would you rent a small hotel room when you can have a whole house! High speed internet with streaming tv. Your own private screen enclosed pool - no having to share pool here! Yes, sun does go through the screen, it's just to keep the pool clean.!

5 minutes to Frank Brown Park and the new Pier Park.

You will love this home with the private pool in fenced backyard.

The west end of PCB is a lot more private and the traffic is
definitely much better. This is the part of the beach
families want to be in. The beach is not overpopulated like the east side and the water is awesome. Go snorkeling, fishing, swimming or just bake on the beach . You will always have a great time here.

No smoking. No pets. Spring Breakers considered.

LOVED THIS PLACE

Our family of 10 loved this house! It is located in a very quiet area in Panama City. The house was clean and we had everything we needed to grill for the 4th. The pool being screened in was nice as well. We just really enjoyed our week long stay here and will hopefully stay again next year.

Great family vacation

The house is a short walk to the beach. When we weren’t at the beach, we used the great pool. This area of the beach is very quiet and not crowded. There are several grocery stores nearby, and lots of restaurants a short drive away. If you are staying in PCB, consider this house. Owners are very responsive.

Yearly Family Vacation

We enjoyed our annual visit to PCB. The house was great. This is the first time we’ve rented with a pool definitely is a requirement from now own. Location was great. Even though the beach weather was no cooperating this year, (it’s Florida) we still had a great time. Hope we can make it back next year.

My friends and I had a great time at this home. There were so many good restaurants recommended by the hosts and a lot to do with just a short drive. The walk to the beach was only 5 minutes and it wasn’t crowded at all. The location and set up of the house was great and perfect for the 10 people we had stay. The hosts were very communicative and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The check in and check out process was also very smooth and easy. We will definitely be going back!

Reasonably priced. Very easy check in/out process. The neighbors are a little unsettling, they sit on their porch and stare. Very old and run down neighborhood. Do NOT order pizza from Papa John's they cannot find the house.

Property was good. We only had one pan to cook and one cookie sheet. (Note there is multiple pots). I think there could be more attention pay to cleaning but it wasn't a deal breaker. Neighborhood was great they are very welcoming and friendly.

Perfect getaway!

I have to say that we never really leave any comments online but I decided to do so for this property. We are extremely happy with our stay. The entire experience was exceptional. The kids loved the pool. The beach is really only a few minutes away and is located on a quiet part of the area. Will probably come back again next year.

The first thing we noticed was the smell and it was the most inviting and let us know it was clean.The house was in order and the pool was perfect a little farther walking distance to the beach than we thought/wanted but other than that we enjoyed our stay and loved the house!

My husband and I live in GA and have two boys. They were only 5 and 7 when we bought the house and we have some great memories at the beach!

Why they chose this property

We love the west end of the beach. It is quiet, in an area of homes, not high rises. The house is within walking distance to the beach, close to shopping and restaurants. The pool is great when you don't want to go to the beach. We are sure you will enjoy this house as much as we do!
