The Space:
Caribe Neighborhood hosts Two Exquisite Community Designed Pools. Caribe features two lush landscaped swimming pools with bathroom/ Cabana Style facilities, tennis & pickleball courts, a dock/pier going over the lovely lagoon on the way to the beach private access. Bright, sugar sand beautiful beaches are the reason Destin and Miramar Beach are famous! Please do not forget Destin's Fishing village for deep sea fishing which the large ocean shelf is just 5 miles south of us! This premier location places you next door to popular gulf front restaurants, grocery and wine stores, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, which features bargains on high end brands items. Jack Nicklaus Championship golf courses just across the street, and one of them nearby at Seascape with reduced green fees as Sea Star Mgmt guests. Delightful amusements just minutes away include the enchanting New Orleans French Quarter inspired Village of Baytowne Wharf and bougie Grand Boulevard at Sandestin. We moved here for work, then family needs required us more life / work flexibility so Vacation Rentals proved Fun, and Hospitality is our specialty! Love being on the water either on the beach, deep sea fishing, or playing tennis with Golf also nearby. Seafood restaurants and Fun Excursions are only a bike ride away makes a great Vacation spot we call home. Hope you Love as We Do here!

Courtyard for relaxing, tennis and pickle ball courts across the Cul-de-sac allow the kids to be occupied in the evenings or morning before and after the beach. Private Guard Gate, 3 Beach Bikes Included make this perfect location, private, restful, and not needing a car is a plus for us with bikes.
