THE TOWNHOME SLEEPS 12, 3 BEDROOMS, 3.5 BATHROOMS AND EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR A FAMILY GETAWAY TO THE BEACH. THE MAIN FLOOR IS THE LIVING ROOM, KITCHEN, HALF BATHROOM, QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA, BALCONY WITH GAS GRILL. UPSTAIRS ON THE TOP FLOOR ARE TWO KING BEDROOMS WITH 2 BATHROOMS AND BALCONY. THE BOTTOM FLOOR HAS A SEPARATE BEACH ENTRY AND IT HOSTS A QUEEN BEDROOM AND BATHROOM, SET OF BUNK BEDS, QUEEN SOFA SLEEPER, KITCHENETTE AND BALCONY. WE OFFER 2 BEACH CHAIRS AND AN UMBRELLA DAILY AT NO COST. SATURDAY-SATURDAY BOOKINGS IN JUNE/JULY.

OUR FAMILY LOVES THE BEACH! WE HAVE BEEN COMING TO MIRAMAR BEACH FOR OVER 20 YEARS. WE PREVIOUSLY OWNED A SMALLER CONDO ACROSS THE STREET FROM A PUBLIC BEACH. WE HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR THIS PROPERTY FOR SEVERAL YEARS.
