The home also includes a full size sleeper sofa in the living room, as well as a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

• Washer and dryer in main home.
• Driveway parking available for 4 vehicles. Charging of electric vehicles is NOT permitted. Once parked, you won’t need to drive again until it’s time to leave. The home offers an easy walk to the beach and restaurants!
• Fireplaces are decorative only – not available for guest use.
• This home is equipped with 1 external security camera, located at the main home's front door and actively monitoring the entrance.
• This home is a seasonal rental, available for stays of seven days or more from June through September.
