About the host
Hosted by Beau Hill
I absolutely love Laramie, and unfortunately, while I don't get to live there we decided to keep our first home. After having it as a normal rental since 2011, we decided to make the switch to a short-term rental to share our home with travelers to the area while be able to use the home ourselves.
Summers in Laramie are the absolute best. We enjoy the outdoors, Jubilee days, UW sporting events, the Farmer's Market and all that Laramie has to offer.
Why they chose this property
We purchased this home as our first home in 2009. We loved the proximity to UW and downtown as well as being in the historic "Tree District." While we've lost some of those historic trees over the years, the neighborhood is still charming, quiet, and accessible.
What makes this property unique
This home was built in 1934 as part of the Union Pacific Railroad development. The home still maintains much of it's historic nature including all the hardwood floors and trim.
