This newly renovated Cincinnati studio resides within our detached garage and includes a main room with a cozy queen bed, desk, couch and TV. This room is separated by a door from a fully stocked kitchen with a dining table and full-sized fridge. The space includes essential amenities like AC, a washing machine, dryer, and WiFi. Location is great for accessing all that Cincinnati has to offer! Guests will find this beautiful and welcoming studio perfect for a relaxing stay. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. We live in a separate unit, on the property. Street parking is available for free, no driveway spot is included.

Cozy on Kendal was a perfect place for me to stay while visiting my son, a student at UC. A short Uber to campus and walk/ride to shopping, restaurants, etc. It was tastefully decorated and super well equipped. Communications were outstanding. I'd absolutely stay again and wholeheartedly recommend.

Our neighborhood is walkable with tons of character. Our street dead ends on a paved mixed-use path for running, walking and biking. From our house one can easily walk to shops, or drive a short distance to downtown, OTR, or Northern KY,
