Villa Zoe

It’s a lovely villa with an amazing panoramic view located in Terra Mala, in a beautiful natural setting, on top of a high hill near the sea. Villa Zoe is surrounded by vegetation and among other villas spread over the hill. You will enjoy the quiet and relaxing atmosphere of the place and will just have to decide whether to relax in the swimming pool in front of a wonderful sunset or to go down the paved path and reach some of the most beautiful beaches in the south coast in a 5 minute drive.

Villa Zoe includes 3 bedrooms/6 sleeps, a full equipped kitchen, a wide dining/living area, a comfortable bathroom with shower, a swimming pool and a garden all around the villa. The house is set on two floors, all the rooms are well lit. The access to the villa, through the back garden, leads both to the upper floor, in the living area, and to the lower level, in the sleeping area, at the same level of the swimming pool.

In the summer you might enjoy spending most of your time outside in the morning sun or in the refreshing breeze in the evening. That is why external spaces are so important, and to grant you the most relaxing and restoring stay, Villa Zoe has got a big garden, a useful terrace, a balcony and a nice swimming pool.

The house is also provided with a private parking

All kind of facilities and services, including market, newsstand, pharmacy, park, pizzerias and the renowned Da Barbara restaurant in Solanas, are within easy reach of the house

The beach of Solanas also offers a modern beach lounge, as well as a snack bar, umbrella & pedalo rental (in season).

First time in Sardinia

A very pleasant property with good facilities. The view from the terrace and pool area is exceptional and the garden is pretty in June and provides good screening. The location was very quiet during our stay and the pool & terrace are not overlooked. The property was very spacious (certainly for just two of us), comfortable and the aircon, which was severely tested due to abnormal temperature during our stay, is very efficient. The equipment provided is reasonable & quite comprehensive. If you like filter coffee, consider taking a supply of filter papers as we could not buy locally during our stay. The location of the property means a hire car is essential and the arrangements we used at Cagliari airport were efficient. Be prepared to spend a reasonable time in the car if you want to visit a range of beaches and cultural sights as many the roads are rural & therefore quite slow and somewhat quirky at times. Overall we enjoyed our stay despite abnormally high temperatures and the property is a nice place to spend time with good outside seating and a very nice pool.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, zuvorkommender, netter "Gastgeber"

Wir waren mit der aufmerksamen und freundlichen Betreuung durch Francesco sehr zufrieden. Er erfüllte unsere Wünsche immer gerne und unaufdringlich. Besonders nett fanden wir, daß er den Kühlschrank bereits bei unserer Ankunft mit einer 'Erstausstattung' von leckeren, lokalen Nahrungsmitteln bestückt hatte. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

Villa with an awesome view for family holiday

We visited August 2018 The Villa is in a rural location a car is essential. If you head east along the coast there are some amazing beaches. The. West 15 minutes and your in Cagliari The Villa is managed by an extremely nice and help chap called Francesco. It’s a modern Villa kept in good condition. The owners clearly stay here themselves as there are lots of home furnishings. The kitchen is well equipped and the the BBQ was brand new in our arrival. The upper floor is open plan living and kitchen area. This opens to the balcony where there is an outside dining table and you can sit and watch the sun set over the Cagliari bay with the mountains beyond. The lower floor is a double with ensuite and two twin rooms with a family shower room. One bedroom opens onto the downstairs terrace where the pool and BBQ are with further seating. Really nice relaxing break enjoyed by the whole family. Thank you!

Great villa, everything for a perfect holiday

We stayed at Villa Zoe in May 17. The villa was everything we were expecting - spacious, clean, well equipped, good location, lovely views. Francesco was kind, friendly and helpful. No complaints whatsoever, would recommend to anybody.

Une villa magnifique!!Tout à fait conforme à l'annonce même mieux que sur les photos.La vue du balcon est fabuleuse,nous avons profité tous les soirs du couché de soleil.La plage est à quelques minutes à pied avec une eau cristalline. Commerces et restaurants à quelques minutes de voiture,les prix y sont très abordables.Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par Francesco qui est attentif à ce que notre séjour se déroule au mieux.Un grand merci .

Wundervolle Ferien

Wir (5 erwachsene Personen) hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub in dieser sehr schönen und modernen Villa. Sie ist super ausgestattet und sehr hell da es grosse Schiebetüren und viele Fenster hat. Natürlich ist der Aussenbereich auch toll. Man hat wirklich genug Platz um ein Sonnenbad zu nehmen oder sich im grossen Swimmingpool zu erfrischen. Am Abend assen wir oft auf der Terrasse und genossen den herrlichen Blick aufs Meer, die Berge und Umgebung. Allerdings braucht man ein Auto um auch die schönsten Strände in der Umgebung zu geniessen. Diese sind dafür wirklich erstklassig und innerhalb von10 bis 30 Autominuten findet man dutzende davon. Wir waren jedem Tag an einem anderen tollen Strand. Am Morgen kann man die Strände praktisch für sich alleine geniessen. Zum Schluss möchten wir uns noch bei Francesco bedanken, der sehr nett und hilfsbereich war. Ich kann die Villa Zoe wirklich jedem der einen erholsamen und wundervollen Uralub sucht nur empfehlen.

wunderbaren Urlaub

Wir haben zwei Wochen zwischen September und Oktober mit den Pferden eine wunderschöne Zeit auf der schönen Insel verbracht. In der Villa Zoe hatten wir eine Schöne Zeit. Alles war perfekt von den Schlafzimmer bis zu dem Schönen Ausblick auf das Schwimmbad. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, das vorzimmer ist perfekt mit der großen Glas Front, von da konnten wir auf die schöne Terrasse gehen wo wir Frühstück und Aperitif zu uns nahmen und die schöne Landschaft genießen konnten. Schwimmbad und Garten sind top gepfegt. Das Haus super sauber und gepflegt . Einen Dank an Francesco, weil er unseren Urlaub noch mehr versüßen konnte mit seiner Art alles perfekt zu machen, vom Strandbesuch ,Aktivitäten bis hin zum Restaurants. Der Strand ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen wo es sehr ruhig war wo wir uns entspannen konnten. Das Meer wunderschöne sauber. Wir werden die Villa auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Wir werden uns wieder sehen.

Light and modern house with great view

+ Best thing on the house is the great view and the huge sliding glas doors which make the house very light. + The house is very nice furnished, nice pool and garden, all is very well maintained. + Very well equipped kitchen with gas stove and big fridge & freezer. There are even spices, salt, oil... in the cupboards and enough plates, cups, pans and everything. + All windows and doors have moscito net roller apron which is very convenient. + Francesco is a very nice, efficient and helpful guy, everything was well prepared, even a welcome package with bread, wine, pasta and sauce to prepare a first warm meal. Thanks a lot!!! :-) He also had some suggestions for good restaurants. + Good wifi and alarm system - As the house "looks" westward, there was no sunshine on the terrace in the morning. But maybe there is a new "breakfast terrace" next year. - A car is needed, at least for shopping. The closest beach is not really nice but we had a car to travel around and found some great places. PS: There is an extra fee of EUR 150.- for the final cleaning as well as a deposit of EUR 350.- to pay.

una villa da sogno

Villa su due piani con splendida terrazza, piscina meravigliosa e stupenda vista mare. Curata nei dettagli, ben arredata e completa di ogni accessorio utile al soggiorno. La villa è indipendente e confina con altra casa che però durante il nostro soggiorno era disabitata e quindi ci ha regalato totale privacy. Giardino con macchia mediterranea per riposare al rientro dal mare, raggiungibile solo in automobile. Il soggiorno è stato magnifico. Consiglio questa villa a tutti.
