The room not so bad, the resort awful. Trash everywhere, elevators and air not working. Broke doors, not laundry room access. This was a bait and switch. Pools and outside deck torn up no one working on them.

I’m disappointed to write this because I did really enjoy the place. However I was not provided sufficient information about the limited available parking and my car was actually towed- while on the property!! Through what I learned was an illegal collusion between the fraudulent tow company and a “guard” at the hotel who set it up. I recorded them meeting to exchange funds after I paid to get my car back- they only accepted cash (I now know that is illegal in FL)- and also recorded evidence of them blatantly lying about placement of cones that they moved after taking my car. I have recording of them admitting, yes, the unauthorized vehicles will be towed sigh was the exact same sign posted all across the property, so I should have been authorized with my parking pass. I am pursuing legal action against the hotel and tow company for breaking FL laws on collusion, demanding cash only payments, lying about the circumstances and the terms of getting back my car (for which they even gave me a receipt as proof). Luckily I was smart enough to record the other interactions (including the tow driver meeting his accomplice on the property after I ubered out to get my car back) again because of lies.. Anyway, while I have records of this activity clearly breaking FL laws, my reason for writing here is the host completely ghosted me when this happened. I first simply asked please tell me where I can park. Followed up with more detail begging for help. But I never heard from her again
