Pros...What you see is exactly what you get. Property and home are nicely appointed and the host is amazing. The photos do not lie. Direct beach access along the canal at the rear of the property. Poolbar with music and TV waere very nice features.plenty of dishes and cookware for a large family. Close to a major grocery store, and coffee and creamer and filters were here for the first morning until we went shopping. Con...only one.. master bed is squeeky like if you move an arm it squeeks, mattress and pillows could use updated.

This lovely home was perfect for our stay. 6 adults and 1 child. The well stocked kitchen made preparing meals ideal. Markets, bakeries, fresh fish and wonderful food trucks all very close. Restaurants were great. The pool was heavenly. Plenty of towels, the washer and dryer were quite handy and the beach finished off this property. Stu was always available and assisted us in whatever we needed. The extensive list of rules seems a bit much but, keep in mind they have had numerous disasters from incredibly rude guests. This is his home and we were happy to treat it as such. There is so much more to this property that we didn’t even use. I highly recommend Casa Canal!

We stayed in May 2026 (8 adults and 1 child) and had a wonderful time! The property was perfect for all of us and in such a convenient location to walk into town. The pool was fantastic and the beach was only a few steps away. Stu was great to communicate with and Millie, the housekeeper, was also great! Highly recommend!

Casa Canal was amazing! We went with four kids between 5-8 years old and they loved everything about it. The pool was amazing, and the beach was literal steps away. Rincon had so many fun things to do, and it was one of our best trips. 10/10 recommend!

Friendly host, amazing location. The beach was particularly great — no rocks, very mild waves that were fun and safe for the kids, uncrowded, and an easy walk into town.

Wonderful, spacious house very close to the beach. The host was attentive and helpful, he responded quickly to our messages and resolved our concerns. There was a mandatory housekeeping on the second morning of our stay separate from the expected fee on our departure - it was not expensive just unexpected. There is limited hot water so stagger your showers if staying with a large group! Overall, the place was amazing and I would definitely stay again!

Yes we only have a 20 gallon water heater but with 10 girls staying for a bachelorette party, it's tough but we do have outside showers behind the outdoor bathroom/changing room that has 2 inline hot showers that have hot water all the time. As far as the mandatory cleaning goes we require cleaning every 2 days for large groups & every 3 days for small groups that the guest pays for, if our housekeeper feels that there is no need for cleaning she will waive it, but we get a lot of sand & our housekeeper sweeps mops, does the showers and baths, this is so the Villa will be ready for next guest's check in, we usually booked back to back with 5 hours to get the property ready, this is disclosed in the contract that we send at booking.

Great location right on the beach, plenty of space to enjoy and very private which was a plus. Pool was amazing with a swim up bar. Nearby restaurants and stores if something was needed. Stu and his staff (Millie) were great to deal with and very accommodating.

Great stay. Location was great. There wasn’t much to do at the actual house outside of the beach and pool. It would be nice to have a game room with a pool table or ping pong table.

Thanks Donathon for your stay, sorry don't have a game room but actually do have a Ping Pong table in the back but we don't have any covered area to keep games or a ping pong table, the first week we put out the ping pong table on the patio, the guests put it on the grass & since we get rain everyday so after a week it was ruined and we learned a lesson, a few people always spoil it for the majority. Most guests come to Rincon to enjoy the beach & water sports but since it was stormy during your stay I can understand why you felt like there was nothing to do. We appreciate the feedback & hope you visit us again in the near future & get better weather !! Take Care !!

I love Rincon

Check in was easy enough...pool was amazing. WiFi was out for few days but that didn't impact our enjoyment at all.
