Tres Amigos Beach House - Walk Out the Back Door to the Beach!!!

Located on the legendary "Road to Happiness" (Route 413) on Dogman's and Maria's beach. Tres Amigos has been built with the sophisticated traveler in mind. Tres Amigos looks directly into the ocean and if you are a surfing group, you can walk out the back and paddle out! Tres Amigos has beach access, and a new, 2nd. story outside deck, w Anderson windows and sliding glass doors, central air, satellite TV with a flat screen in the living room and in each bedroom, gas grill, WiFi, a back-up generator which powers the entire house, and an outdoor shower for coming off the beach. We carefully renovated this home for the discriminating traveler based on our knowledge of Rincon and our 14 years of renting vacation rentals. Located in the Ensenada ward of Rincon you are basically 1 mile from everything and walking distance to Villa De Zecheo, Villa Playa Marias, Calypso Cafe, the Bohio, the Lighthouse, Dogman's Beach, Maria's Beach, Steps Beach, Tres Palms Marine Sanctuary, Marina Beach and all the amazing attractions Rincon has to offer. Surfing, snorkeling, relaxing on the beach. Whipping up Pina Coladas and watching the sunsets from the upstairs porch and sleeping to the sounds of the ocean waves. Walking to Calypso, enjoying happy hour and then cooking out on the grill while the kids can watch football upstairs!
