Great home with plenty of room to spread out. Split level gave us some privacy and separation when needed. Close to restaurants and activities, we had a great time with our family for a Christmas reunion. Mauricio (host) was pleasant and answered questions promptly.

Our stay at Mauricio’s home was perfect for what we needed. Unfortunately, we were in search of a place for our family to stay in to attend a funeral in the Greenville area. This house had plenty of room for our two dogs and 3 adult children. The house was spotless when we arrived. It is located on a small street in a very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well equipped for what we needed and we were only 10 minutes from downtown Greenville, which made it very convenient. All the bedrooms had comfortable beds and their own TVs. The newly renovated bathrooms were great and had plenty of room for all our items. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would definitely rent again if I was in the Greenville area.

A great stay overall and I would return to this home the next time we are visiting family in this area. Maricio was a great host who communicates well and checkin was smooth. The home had good space and plenty of rooms. Most bedrooms had a TV, the bathrooms were nice and updated. The kitchen had the pots and pans for us to cook our meals, and enough utinsils to eat and drink to match the number of people the house will hold (an overlooked part of other places we have stayed over the years).Possible warning to anyone using the kitchen sink that the water pressure is above average...make sure the hose is secure before turning on gradually. Different ones in our family found themselves being sprayed because we weren't paying attention or turned the water on full. Thanks again to Maricio.
