Why they chose this property
This is a mature, residential area, off the beaten path. It's close to many area attractions, colleges, and downtown. We love how this is such a quiet and peaceful area.
What makes this property unique
The kitchen in this house is made for your inner chef! From an air fryer to a gas range, however you like to cook, it can be accomplished here, The living room is so relaxing, with a selection of reading material and games for all ages. The upstairs bedrooms are all equipped with Smart TVs and work spaces, along with their comfortable beds!
Outside is a true oasis. The in-ground salt water pool is refreshing after spending time lounging around the pool. The gazebo offers a way to get some relief from the sun, and it has ceiling fans and lighting for evenings outside. Just draw the screen nets to be protected from mosquitos. This home offers a great escape into relaxation!
