Relax and Recharge: Mille Lacs Lake Beach Villa - Completely Remodeled

Welcome to our newly remodeled Beach Villa getaway on the shores of Mille Lacs Lake! We have spent the last couple of years updating our property so that our vacation renters can feel at home in our cozy, clean, up-north villa. Everything is brand new! The kitchen offers all new professional stainless-steel appliances, new cabinets, a reverse osmosis system for drinking water, which is also hooked to the ice maker, and granite countertops. The breakfast bar was expanded to optimize dining and entertaining, and we added our favorite bar stools to maximize comfort. The kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials you will need during your stay. We have a gas grill available for use right out the front door. The kitchen opens to the dining room where you can enjoy a nice meal or family game night. In case you are staying for a few extra nights, feel free to make use of the beverage center to keep your drinks nice and cold. The living room offers comfy leather reclining furniture and a 55" Samsung Smart TV for movie nights. But don't stop at the living room. Walk out to three-season, knotty pine, tongue and groove patio to enjoy what Mille Lacs Lake is best known for...its breath-taking sunsets. The grassy area along the lake is open to all visitors to use with a swim dock available (water shoes are recommended) and fire pits are located right off the lakeshore. Don’t forget to pack your lawn games! When it is time to turn in for the night, the upstairs offers a lakeside master bedroom with a deck facing the lake, king bed, 55" Samsung Smart TV, private bathroom and closet. The guest bedroom offers sleeping for four with a queen bed and twin XL bunk beds and also has a private bathroom and closet. The unit is equipped with cable TV and WIFI. Also don't forget to experience Mille Lacs Lake premiere fishing – famous for monster Walleyes and trophy-sized Muskie, Pike and Smallmouth Bass.

Our place is located within walking distance of Izaty's Resort. We recommend that you contact Izaty's Resort directly regarding the amenities they offer (Izaty’s Black Brook 18-hole golf course, Izaty's Club XIX bar and rental options including pontoons, kayaks, paddleboards and fishing equipment). RESORT AMENITIES ARE NOT GUARANTEED as the resort controls when the amenities are open/available. Please refer to the Izaty’s website for more information.

I have traveled a decent amount and stayed at a bunch of other rentals and this one by far was great! The place was comfortable and cozy and you couldn’t beat the view/location! The hosts thought of pretty much everything to make sure your stay was just like you were in your own home, which you really appreciate when you travel. Hands down would stay here again - such a peaceful and beautiful place to getaway to!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was extremely clean and provided everything we needed. The host was clear with communication and instructions, and provided a nice booklet about local attractions. The place was very nicely decorated. And the lake view was gorgeous — especially at sunset. We hope we can come again sometime.

The view was an 11/10! Furnishings and beds were excellent. We enjoyed the puzzles, games and outdoor sports toys. Beach was great bring some water shoes.

This beach villa is perfect for a relaxing get away. Lynn and Zach did an excellent job of remodeling this top to bottom. Check in process was very easy - immediate access, the villa was spotless, everything you need was provided. We loved the comfortable beds, brand new bathrooms, lake side screened in porch, and the comfortable recliners for movie watching. We stayed during the week so had the lake completely to ourselves some days for campfires and watching the sun set over the water. We hiked Father Hennepin park which was close by, and wandered to Wahkon and Isle for shopping. A quiet relaxing week, and Lynn and Zach thought of everything so we could enjoy it.

We are Zach & Lynn from the Twin Cities. We enjoy sporting events, the outdoors and spending time with friends and family. We recently purchased this Beach Villa on Mille Lacs Lake to use and share the wonderful world class fishery and second largest inland lake in MN with like-minded guests.

Why they chose this property

There are also many great things to do when not on the lake. The Soo Line trail is great for ATV and snowmobiles, as well as biking and cross-country skiing. Grand Casino Mille Lacs is just 15 minutes up the road. You will also find many hole-in-the wall bars and restaurants with greasy pizzas, burgers and breakfast if you don't feel like cooking.

Wonderful views and sunrises and sunsets!

This place has something for everyone and is only 1.5 hours from the Twin Cities! Honestly can't beat it!

What makes this property unique

We gutted this property to make it BRAND NEW and as warm and inviting as possible. It had good bones, but definitely needed a face lift. We went for full body transformation. We replaced EVERYTHING...from the flooring to the cabinets to the lighting and new paint everywhere. All appliances and furniture are brand new. We didn't cut corners either because we intend to use this property as well, and we wanted this to be a cabin vacation property that makes us proud. We feel we knocked it out of the park and are just waiting on you to come enjoy the hard work we put in!
