The villa offers spacious and comfortable accommodation for up to 9/10 people with:
- A large lounge, dining room and well equipped kitchen, direct access to the porch with outdoor dining area with barbecue;
- 4 very practical and spacious rooms;
- Swimming pool with submerged benches to relax and soak in the hot days :-) and with 1 outside toilet;
- Parking area for 2 to 4 cars;
- Good sun exposure and privacy in the living area;

The location of the house in Vale da Telha allows you to easily reach the main beaches of Costa Vicentina and Algarve.
The house is located in a quiet area off the main road, 400m from the restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

We had a lovely week at this house. A wonderfull place to stay in. Great service and a nice manager. If whe go to Portugal agin we will rent here one more time.

Superb west coast base near Arrifana.

A great villa, close to some great beaches on Portugal’s west coast. Arrifana a little over a mile away, Monte Clerigo a few minutes drive, and the fabulous Amado beach about 25 minutes drive. Great communal area which opens to terrace and pool. Pool catches the sun until around 18:30, so is there most of the day. Good BBQ area. 4 good size bedrooms, one en-suite. An extra loo outside is good during the day. Good pizzeria about 600m away, and others within walking distance too. Peaceful and quiet at night. We had one very hot day where fans would have been useful, although it cooled to around 24c for the rest of the week which was fine. All in all, a great base for a fab holiday.

A good villa with a pool near great beaches.

The days were hot with light winds and the beaches had great surf. The pool was cool and the ocean cold. The sandy beaches were lovely. The main room in the house is large and airy and (apart from the pool maybe) its best feature. The small bathrooms and the minute but still pesky mosquitoes are the worst.

Urlaub mit Hindernissen

Da wir wahrscheinlich die ersten Gäste der Saison waren, gab es doch noch einige Probleme. Das Haus war kalt und die Wäsche und Bezüge waren klamm. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter kam ein Mechaniker der die Heizung provisorisch in Betrieb nahm. Der Swimming-Pool war noch zugedeckt und nicht gereinigt. Einiges an Geschirr war nicht richtig sauber und die Geschirrspülmaschine funktionierte nicht. Die Kaffemaschine war defekt, ebenso ein Handquirl. Als am nächsten Tag der Mechaniker den Thermostat der Heizung reparieren wollte zerstörte er die Anlage, sodass die Heizung komplett ausgefallen ist. Heißwasser kam nun auch nicht mehr in ausreichender Menge. Zum Heizen wurden 4 Elektroradiatoren bereit gestellt. Die Geschirrspülmaschine wurde noch repariert. Das war am Freitag. Am Mittwoch darauf kam der Heizungsmonteur und brachte auch diese wieder zum Laufen. Durch die Feuchtigkeit fingen auch schon die Wände an zu schimmeln und im Flur tropfte das Wasser von der Decke, dort war wohl vom Starkwind was abgebrochen. Zusammenfassend stellt man sich einen Urlaub im Ferienhaus ruhiger und unkomplizierter vor.

Casa muito gira e agradável! Great house for a family holiday!

Óptima casa para passar umas férias em família. Arquitectura muito bem desenhada, decoração acolhedora e simpática. Estrutura muito funcional. Zona de churrasco e mesa exterior bastante agradável, sendo possível fazer as refeições sempre ao ar livre. Piscina grande e com profundidade para todos! Desde as crianças aos mais compridos! Só é pena não ter mais uma casa de banho interior. Passámos umas férias excelentes! Absolutely recommend this house!

Casa com uma disposição ótima para férias em grupo ou família numerosa. Sala ampla e cozinha muito bem equipada. De realçar a limpeza da casa. Quartos espaçosos, camas confortáveis e lençóis com cheiro a lavado! Toalhas de banho e piscina também ótimas. Nenhum ponto negativo a apontar!
