We had a wonderful stay at Chateau by the Sea in Cocoa Beach! We absolutely loved the location and how close it was to everything. It was a great place to stay, and we would definitely come back again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great spot in Cocoa Beach!

This is our third time staying in this condo and it has never disappointed. Clean, has everything that we needed and more!!! Beautiful pool area, grill, games, etc just steps from the beach. We will definitely be back

Ideal Place to Stay in Cocoa Beach

Beautiful condo, very clean and has all the supplies you need for the beach, which is a very short walk. It is also close to the Pier and other fun activities. I would stay here again!

We had a side view of the ocean, but right on the beach which was awesome! Place was clean and had everything from beach chairs, towels, and even a boogie board. The roof top area had chairs and tables and a fantastic view! The only thing I would change is to have more comfortable furniture in the living room, it felt like a waiting room. But Great location! Would stay here again.Zareh with Happy Palms Stays was wonderful and very attentive!

Perfect location!

Our condo was in the perfect location to walk to the beach and pier. It was super clean and very well stocked with everything we needed for the week. The heated pool was very nice. We had a fantastic week and will definitely be back!

Great Place for a Family Vacation

Was able to host a relaxing family vacation. Location wise, it doesn’t get any better. Roof deck was a great amenity as we took in the sunrise and sunset from there and the beach. Would recommend this location for any one visiting cocoa beach and I would definitely come again.

Clean, quiet and convenient location close to the beach for our family to enjoy spring break. Check in and check out process was easy. The condo had all the amenities we could need. We would definitely stay here again.

Great accommodations

Everything was great except for the party that was going on Above us pretty loud all night And the master bedroom bed was super squeaky Woke me up several times in the middle of the night But other than that everything was good we had fun in the area And it was close to the beach

Priceless Vacation

This property was amazing! You are right at the pier so with in walking distance to many restaurants, stores and activities. The unit was extremely clean and stocked with everything you need. Made for a relaxing and memorable trip!

Very clean and well decorated. Perfect location right on the beach and very close to the pier. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient after a day at the beach. We were thankful for the outdoor shower when you reenter the pool from the beach to wash off all the sand.

First time VRBO, the condo was exactly as pictured represented, and was very clean. The property is on the beach, and was spotless. Everything functioned as expected, family had a great Christmas break. Highly recommend, and will come back.
