This was our second stay at this condo building and a better experience than the first. Happy Palms were great hosts with excellent communication. Our umbrella was broken and they replaced it within minutes. There were supplies of laundry and dish detergent in a generous amount.They let us know about the Nancy Grace telescope launch that we enjoyed viewing from the rooftop deck. Each morning we watched the sunrise and had beers each evening at sunset. Beach is just steps away and the pool was kept clean. We would return again in a heartbeat.

We were very happy with our stay here! Communication was excellent, very impressed with all the beach equipment (boogie boards, beach chairs etc) Their cleaning products, laundry detergent were very generous, not just little sample sizes. Condo was very clean. Everything was great! Thank you!!!

We had an amazing stay at this condo during our long weekend girls trip! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything was—it truly felt like a home away from home.The condo had all the amenities we could possibly need, which made our stay so comfortable and stress-free. The place was well stocked with kitchen utensils, and skillets, trash bags and toilet paper, kitchen and bath hand soaps! Thank you! The beach chairs, towels, umbrella and cooler were so nice to have! The pool and outdoor areas were very nice. The rooftop patio was absolutely the best! That patio alone will bring us back. Few things that would have been great to have are a crockpot, electric skillet, and throw blankets. The place was walking distance to several restaurants, our favorite being the Pier. The variety, quality and price were unbeatable with a stunning view. The sushi was so good!Overall, we are gulf side snobs but Coco Beach was a great time with great friends!

Really clean and nicely decorated condo. Grounds very well kept. Could walk to pier, restaurants, and close to Ron Jon’s. Saw 2 rocket launches from the hotel.

Beach getaway after Disney World

Very nice condo! Great location! Beach towels, chairs, boogie boards and all you could imagine in the kitchen were included. We wanted to relax after a few days at Disney World. Had a great time in this condo, would book again for sure. Really easy drive from Orlando.

Family vacation

Château by the sea is a great place to stay while in cocoa beach. The roof top lounge is the best seat in the house for fabulous sunrises and beautiful sunsets. Our room was as described and very clean. It’s also close to some great little restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend this place to any of my friends or family. Thanks for stay!!
