We are so sorry you didn't enjoy the tiny house experience! We definitely are not joking when we say it's a tiny house and give the square footages so people are prepared! Please be sure to read listing descriptions thoroughly to avoid unpleasant experiences for yourself and negative reviews for properties that are exactly as advertised. Best wishes!
This was such a cute little place we were very pleased, we knew that it was basically glamping. We had a cute little backyard, if you looked out further it was the marsh. We loved it.
It was a nice getaway very clean and friendly people all around. Very close to the beach. I know its a tiny home, but the only down side to the stay was the shower and door. If it were a regular tub maybe you could shower properly, however if your over 5ft you can not shower, (it does not tell you this when booking, it tells you the day of check in where its to late to cancel). The shower head was up to my shoulder i had to use the hand held one and water went everywhere since i was taller then the shower cover. I wasnt going to break my back bending over to shower. Had it been a tub sitting on the floor it would be perfect but the tub sits up high off the floor. The door was a pain you had to have the key on you every time you leave or your locked out. I had to wait outside until my wife was done showering to let me back in. The guys next door to me had a code to enter which would be easier. Other then that it was nice just wish there was a toaster added to the appliances. Other wise it was great. Downunder bar highly recommended it had the best sunset view
We love this location! BOLI (formerly Grand Spot RV Resort) is close to the beach, gas stations, shopping, public boat ramp and famous Stingarees restaurant!
