Très mauvaise expérience avec l’hôte de ce chalet. Nous l’avons réservé pour un week-end de détente en famille le 05 Novembre pour le 28-29. Le 26 au soir j’écris à l’hôte pour m’assurer que le spa est fonctionne car c’était la raison principal du choix de ce chalet . Il me répond qu’il voulait justement m’écrire pour me dire que le spa est en maintenance .. pas lui avoir écris probablement que j’aurais eu la surprise.. je demande si je vais avoir une compensation si il est pas fonctionnel car je n’aurais pas pu jouir de tout les services qui avaient été décritent dans l’annonce. Finalement le 27 novembre (la veille de notre départ pour aller à ce chalet) il m’annonce qu’il annule la réservation … je lui avait pourtant spécifié que nous allions quand même prendre le chalet même sans le spa vue que c’était le lendemain … bref le week-end détente c’est avéré un vrai stresse à cause de cet hôte..

Nous comprenons à quel point le spa était important pour votre week-end en famille, et nous regrettons sincèrement de ne pas avoir pu offrir ce service. Ce n’était absolument pas notre intention de causer du stress ou de la déception, et nous regrettons que notre communication concernant la maintenance du spa n’ait pas été mieux gérée. Nous comprenons également votre frustration concernant l'annulation de la réservation, surtout après avoir déjà pris la décision de profiter du chalet malgré l'absence du spa. Votre retour est précieux et nous en tiendrons compte pour améliorer notre communication et garantir à nos futurs invités une expérience agréable et sans accroc.
