The space
The house has vinyl plank floors in all areas of the home. The kitchen has newer appliances and is fully equipped for any cooking you may want to do during your stay. Additionally, a newer HVAC system will keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with newer appliances, a microwave, and a drip coffee maker stocked with coffee. Various teas, sugar, spices, and powdered creamer are also provided when available.

AMENITIES: Bedding, linens, towels, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and other minor essentials are provided in limited quantities, tailored to the length of your stay and number of guests.

PARKING: Available in the driveway in front of the house.

WASHER/DRYER: Available for your use with detergent provided in limited quantities, tailored to the length of your stay and number of guests.

WIFI: Fast and free for your convenience. Outages may occur due to the service provider, which is out of our control.

TVs: Smart TVs with access to popular streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney+, and more. Note: Viewing may require logging in with your own account information.

Not overly clean and the floors are peeling up and the bathroom shower needs some attention. the bedroom mattress is worn out,it has a solid 2-3 inch dip in it like sleeping in a bowl. I tripped over the flooring it the kitchen and it was missing parts of. It needs a remodel

Very cozy

It was nice having a place for extra family to go and relax. Kelly, is quick to respond if you have questions or anything else. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, the stay was good. Worked out well with having our dog too. The location and area were great. The duplex neighbor’s dog was left unattended and barked nonstop for hours at a time….I think a rental space too. The mattress has a big sunk in spot right in the center….very uncomfortable and should be replaced. Would stay again, if mattress replaced.

Absolutely disgusting and unsafe. The bed is made with no mattress protector and has blood and pee stains on it. I was only able to sleep for 2 hours before I had to leave and find other arrangements. And I have toddlers! No interior locks so anyone with the code can come in. Same with the back door. Cockroaches and every piece of furniture is broken including the light fixture. Stayed for 4 hours and host refuses to refund.

Remodeled duplex

My stay was superb in every aspect!! From the booking to information to check-in and check out!! I couldn’t have been more pleased!! Nice neighborhood, too, so never worried about my vehicle. Hosts were a genuine pleased to work with and everything was as described. Very pleasant and relaxing stay. I recommend these hosts and Vrbo.

The house was mostly clean, but did smell like pets. The mattress was completely blown out, sagging drastically in the middle, which made for a very long night.

To begin with, the convenience, location and pricing was very accommodating. The listing shows to be newly remodeled, but we did not see that. Many floor panels were broken and separated and/or splitting. We took numerous pictures upon arrival in case we had to prove we weren’t responsible for the damage. It is advertised as for pets, however the backyard is full of thorns and stickers. As for sleeping, the mattress was extremely hard and difficult to get comfortable. When we woke the next morning, after trying to sleep, all of or joints and muscles ached and left backs feeling knotted. If you have sciatica issues, it would pose a problem. On a positive note, the amenities such as plates, bowels, towels and tissue was ample enough for our stay and very welcoming. Communication with the owners was great, and no issues upon checking in or out.

This house was very gross. There were ants in the kitchen, flooring missing, mold in the bathroom, the main bed was broken, there were no linens for the pull out bed. I know the description says it is a budget rental but this house was beyond gross. Pay a little more and stay somewhere else. I don’t even think this house had been vacuumed before we stayed.
