This waterfront property is just a block from the beach featuring a game room (table tennis, pop-a-shot), swimming pool, fire pit, BBQ Grill , outdoor dining for up to 16 guests and kayaks you can launch from your backyard dock. The deep water canal's dock is equipped with a lift so you can even bring your own boat! FL License # DWE 1505954 Our place feels like a private resort! Just a block from the beach we provide beach towels, chairs & umbrellas, and wagon to help haul your beach gear. You can bring your own boat, launch our kayaks off your private dock. You may even spot manatees, dolphins and cranes! We provide 3 smart TVs with Roku Streaming TV service. Login to your own profiles on Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Disney+ HBO Max, Showtime, etc. Your profiles will be automatically deleted at checkout. Please let us know if you will have more than 8 guests as only registered guests will be allowed onsite Guest services can be reached at any time to give restaurant, bike rental, nightlife recommendations. We have high expectations of our cleaners and compensate them accordingly. Even paying an additional bonus whenever guests take the time to let us know the house was sparkling clean. Beware of properties who charge low or no cleaning fees. Many of these cut corners such as not washing all floor mats & bed spreads between guests. Instead they clean such items only periodically. At the Banana River Retreat, you can be sure we have taken the time to properly prepare the property with your health and satisfaction in mind! Be careful when driving on A1A. The speed limit is Strictly enforced! You can walk to the grocery store, restaurants and the beach. Bikes are availabe to rent along A1A. We're happy to supply guests with a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish and laundry pods. We offer a complimentary "Baby Package" (high chair, pack 'n' play, baby gate).
