Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Ensure all TV and garage door remotes are returned to their original locations.
All pet waste must be picked up using proper pet waste bags (not provided by the owner) and placed in the outdoor trash bin.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
