This property is beautiful, clean, and perfect for a family getaway. Plenty of pool toys, the pool lights by the way are awesome! More than enough towels in each bathroom and the kitchen is perfect for cooking for large families with all you need provided. Our hosts were super quick to respond with any questions we had, and very personable. We will definitely come back again.

Beautiful Florida Home

Great location and pool!!!! The view of the waterways from the backyard is fantastic. It’s a great vacation get away. The home is very well maintained and decorated with nice furniture. It has cozy beds, blankets, and pillows. The appliances are great, especially the refrigerator with its different ice cube settings. We had a wonderful time and will definitely rent this home again. It’s close to shopping, restaurants and neighboring cities and beaches. Just a 30 minute drive to several airports.

Great Relaxing Vacation!

We had absolutely the best time! This house had everything you could need and more from extra toothbrushes to life jackets! They have thought of everything! They recommended restaurants and were the sweetest people! The beds were so comfortable and they provided lots of towels (including beach towels) and lots of pillows and blankets! They thought of everything! We will return! Also beautiful view of the sunsets on the canal!

We had a wonderful stay. The home is beautiful, the kitchen is fully stocked and the entire house was very clean. The garage was also stocked with things for all of our ages to do: fishing poles and tackle box, beach chairs, towels and beach toys, golf put game, pool toys and bikes.The hosts were very helpful- excellent with communication and easily accessible when needed.The view out the back, especially during the sunsets (which is visible when you first walk in the door) is hard to beat!

Spring Break 2025

Casa Linda is a "must stay". Very nice property, wonderful views, clean, up to date, well appointed...I could go on and on. I rent a house in Cape Coral each spring and this is one of the best I've rented. Easy, fast communication with management. Everything is new or in like new condition. Lots of nice touches, like premium soaps and extra toothbrushes and toothpaste. There has been a lot of thought put into the customer experience here. Listing pics and description are very accurate.Will stay again if it is available and the price stays reasonable.

Hard to choose one over the other. Janice was so nice, house was very clean, the beds super comfortable, furniture clean and in almost new condition. Large covered outdoor area and pool were great with hot tub. Not to mention the wonderful sunsets and water view. Best rental ever!
