Welcome to the brand new, absolutely amazing, Villa Terrace Breeze! This stunning vacation rental is full furnished and equipped. Built in 2022, this rental is brand new and ready to host an amazing vacation for yourself and your family. Out by the large screened-in pool area you'll find a BBQ outdoor kitchen, several loungers, large table and chairs as well as the hot tub. The electrically heated pool is perfect for relaxing and seeing what the Florida lifestyle is about! There is an office with triple level bunk beds as well.

The entire house and pool area are private and for your use.

Guest access
You can park one car in the garage or leave it in the driveway. There is a lockbox on the front door with a key inside.

There are 2 kayaks as well as a pingpong table in the garage that guests can use. House has fast WiFi.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The house was immaculate and just as pictured. The neighborhood was quiet, and there was a great specialty grocery store nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

The house was beautiful and very well maintained. The check-in and out was the easiest I have had as a VRBO member. The location is good and the outside pool and hot tub were amazing. We enjoyed fishing in the canal from the dock and caught several fish. Sanibel and Captiva beach were gorgeous and about an hour drive from the house.

Terrific VRBO experience

Great house. Well decorated. Kitchen has all you need. Nice to have some extras like a hot tub, ping pong in the garage, great place to grill out. It was easy to kayak right from the backyard. Great place - we will be back.

Family of four Spring Break Trip

The house is beautiful and equipped with ample amenities to fully enjoy your stay. The cleaning crew decorated with Easter themed ornaments, and the house was impressively clean & organized. We loved swimming in the pool & relaxing in the hot tub, along with fishing on the canal & playing ping pong in the rec room. We would’ve taken the kayaks out, but we didn’t get the time. We made friends with two turtles in the canal, which our kids named “Bobber” & “Ham”. We took advantage of the beach gear & drove to Sanibel one day. It was nice to have chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys to use. There was more than enough space for us, and best of all our host was prompt & available to help with any questions or concerns we had. We would highly recommend this excellent property!
