Very clean, the three bathrooms were wonderful and was perfect for three couples to have their own bedroom and bathroom. Showers were excellent.This place was central to the canyons we wanted to visit.

Great setup for 6 adults traveling together. The house had everything we need for our trip. We spent the days at one of the 3 national parks. The house is well stocked with all the essentials.

Our trip to kanab was amazing and this house was just perfect! Everything was so clean and the house had everything we needed for our 5 day stay! I would highly recommend this home! The house was in the perfect location to everything we wanted to do! The owners even had a well laid out binder of all local and close hiking trails! The hot tub was amazing and so clean!! Owners were very responsive and such an easy check in and out process! We would definitely rent this house again if we are ever back to kanab!!

We had a great time staying at 3 Kings Suites! The property had everything we needed! If we had questions, they were answered promptly! After our hiking excursions to Zion, Bryce Canyon, and Peek A Boo slots we utilized the new hot tub!!!… it was nice!!!

This rental was awesome sauce. The house was so clean and beautiful. The hot tub was spicy just the way we like it. The bathtub was great to relax after a long day of off roading. It was an excellent experience and we appreciate the property management team. Thank you for making our trip a success and a lot fun.

We had a great time here at this property!We had two full size pickup and trailers that fit on the street. The location was convenient to all of the utv trails and Zion. Each couple had their own private suit. The showers were always hot. The beds seemed hard, but we slept well! with two of us having pains that ended up easing throughout the week, we may even look into buying a bed like that!The firepit and hot tub were very welcome. This home was comfortable and quiet.We will be back to stay again!
