Enjoy staying in the desirable Litchfield Retreat, North Litchfield Beach. This condo features an open floor plan with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite full bath with tub and shower. The second bedroom has a full bed on bottom, twin bed on top, which gives your family and friends plenty of space. The second full bathroom also has a tub and shower. Private balcony off the living room. NEW CARPET in 2024! Well stocked full kitchen. The complex includes a pool and coin laundry. The walkway to the beach includes steps and a ramp so it is stroller, wagon, and wheelchair friendly. This 1200 sq ft condo is just across the street from the beach. Less than 10 mins from Murrells Inlet Marshwalk, many restaurants, and gold courses. Please note that the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom are on the lower level. The main floor includes the living room, dining area, full kitchen, and private balcony.
