"Sea Shanty" Charming 3-bedroom cottage in Broadkill Beach, WiFi, Steps to Beach
Unwind in Broadkill Beach at this quintessential, original but updated Broadkill Beach cottage. It is just steps away from the Beautiful Broadkill Beach. With 3 cozy bedrooms including a king bed, queen bed, and a set of twin bunk beds, guests will find comfort and relaxation. A brand new elevated Trex deck with direct ocean views was just added in January 2026! Linens are not included (customary for Broadkill Beach area), but we can help set up that service at your request. We recommend Sheet at the Beach 302 362 0876.
There is a full kitchen equipped with all of the necessary essentials to cook during your week at the beach! There is a dining area that seats 4. The living room has a large, comfortable couch with Smart TV. There is a bathroom with a shower as well as an outside shower to rinse your sandy feet or your furry friend.
Stay connected with WiFi and comfortable with heating and AC. We look forward to welcoming you to our this beach home away from home. Sea Shanty is a short 10-minute drive into Milton, 15-minute drive to Lewes, and 25-minute drive to Rehoboth Beach where there are plenty of restaurants, shops and entertainment options for the whole family!
Make sure you set aside time to sit on the front porch of Sea Shanty and feel the Bay Breeze. We also have some beach chairs, umbrellas and toys for the family to enjoy.
