Just minutes from I-35, McLane Stadium, Baylor University. This house has been fully remodeled in the past two years with a well stocked kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed and Bedroom #2 has 2 twin beds. The futon also folds out into a comfortable bed if needed.
Coffee, linens, gas grill and wi-fi provided. Location to grocery stores, shopping and everything downtown Waco has to offer is just minutes away.
The extra sleeping space in the living area is a futon and is best suited for children!

Backyard and Pets:
The huge, private, fully fenced backyard is your private sanctuary when the
weather is nice. Well behaved and vaccinated dogs are welcome to join you with nonrefundble pet fee.

Waco Vacation Rentals manages the property and is available 24/7 during your stay and even before your arrival. You will be emailed a digital welcome LINK with area information before your stay, complete with popular places to see, favorite restaurants and things to do in Waco.
On the morning of your arrival, you will receive a TEXT message and an EMAIL with access information for your vacation rental. This is self check in property at 3 p.m or after.

We have stayed with many VRBO listings over the years and this place was the cleanest and most well stocked we have ever stayed (bathrooms, kitchen, etc.). There were no issues with WiFi unlike a previous review. A/C worked great during our stay in which daytime highs reached over 100 degrees F. Nice spacious backyard for our dog (70 lbs) to run around and play. Overall enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house to a family or individuals visiting Waco.

Loved our stay in Waco!

We really enjoyed our stay in Waco! This property was perfect for our family and having two bathrooms definitely came in handy. The property management team was really responsive to all our questions and we even stayed an extra night. It was a great location for us, super convenient to Baylor and downtown Waco. The only downside we could come up with is we noticed some ants in the kitchen but they didn’t bother us. Had we asked, I have no doubt the owners would have come out same day to take care of it. We will definitely stay again!

Clean and well kept older home that was in neighborhood with many college houses. Appreciated all the little amenities on the property - was very thoughtful and helpful. Would not recommend this place for young children- college party on Saturday night was very loud. The hosts of the party did politely come over to warn us but still disturbed our sleep for many hours.

Charming and convenient in Waco

This was the first time traveling with kids and our dog. Needless to say I was nervous but had booked when the online pictures and descriptions showed that this house has a huge backyard! True to what was depicted we had an amazing stay at this adorable house conveniently located to all the excursions we had planned. The house also had everything that we needed, including Siracha (which we currently have a shortage of due to a poor harvest in Mexico)!! Thank you! We enjoyed our stay very much, and if our ensemble group brings us back to Waco, we will be back!!

Baylor House

We enjoyed staying the week at the Baylor house. The location is perfect! You are within 15 minutes of all the happenings in Waco. Who could ask for more. The only downfall was that I had my dog along, which is a plus with this property, but the yard wasn’t mowed before we arrived so ankle deep when we got there. This made it difficult for him as it was wet every morning and grew even longer during the week so we couldn’t enjoy the beautiful, large back yard. Everything else was just right for our stay! I would recommend this house for 4 people or less.

Glad you enjoyed the big pet friendly yard and the close proximity to all attractions in Waco. We did follow up on the schedule with our lawn maintenance company after you checked out and mentioned the yard. Typical of yard maintenance in a Texas July, schedules are not always weekly and are set to every 2 weeks. Fortunately, it was only ankle high and was scheduled to be mowed on the 11th, the day of your departure. Thanks again for allowing us to host your stay!
