Good location but property needs some love.

House can keep a big group, 4 rooms/ 3 restrooms, 1st day house was infected with roaches, restrooms were not clean and the house needs basic maintenance, outdoor gate door was broken with a rusty nail exposed, there were some dirty pans and kitchen utensil’s. This house has so much potential but cleaning and maintenance needs attention.

Great family or just adults beach house

Space was great for my family and I. We had everything we needed from the kitchen to the bedrooms. Definitely recommend having off if you're going to swim or sit outside on the deck. The mosquitos are crazy! We did have to contact maintenance which was a great experience. They were very responsive and quick. The location is a 3 minute drive to a beautiful beach. There are also lots of bars and restaurants. We enjoyed listening to live music Saturday night when we were outside. You do not hear the music inside. Definitely recommend for a family or even just adults.
