This was the perfect property for our Christmas family stay in Waitsfield! Kate was an amazing host and communicator throughout our booking. The house was well appointed and enjoyed by all including our dog, Murphy. The views from the living room were unbelievable!
The house was very comfortable and roomy. Love the deck with the firepit. It was extremely clean and welcoming, with everything you need to have meals in. Will be back for the beautiful views.
Right from our first steps in and our last steps out, this property exceeded all expectations! It was clean and close to where we needed to get for a busy Graduation weekend itinerary!Would definitely come back! Thank you to the owner as they were very accommodating and easy to get a hold of in a pinch!

Thank you Tammy and family for staying at the house. You are welcome back anytime. Communication was excellent and you left the house in great shape. We really appreciate you for staying. Thank you.
We spent an amazing week at the Mad River Ski Chalet. My kids declared this the best Vermont house we've ever stayed in (we go every year, we've stayed at a lot of houses). It's rural enough, while still being close to things you need. Waitsfield is a great town - lots of stores and restaurants. Easy drive to Burlington. But more importantly - the house is just great. Very comfortable, beautifully updated, great deck with incredible views. We definitely plan to stay here again.
