Whether you’re here to carve fresh tracks, paddle quiet lakes, or simply settle into a slower rhythm, the setting invites you to breathe deep and enjoy Vermont at its best.

Outdoor living
Step outside to a spacious south-facing porch where the morning sun warms your coffee and evening skies fill with stars. The long, private driveway creates a sense of seclusion, while outdoor furniture and a dining area offer space to gather, linger, and take in the mountain air. In winter, return from the slopes and watch snowflakes fall against a backdrop of evergreens. In summer, the porch becomes an open-air lounge where board games and laughter stretch into the night.

Living spaces
Inside, the cabin balances warmth and modern amenities. The living room welcomes you with plush seating and a 75-inch Smart TV, perfect for a movie night after a day of skiing or hiking. A fully equipped kitchen makes cooking easy with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and plenty of cookware and tableware. Espresso in the morning, wine glasses at night - the details are in place for both simple meals and special dinners.

Work and connection
For those who need to stay connected, the cabin is ready for remote work with 1 Gig fiber internet, three dedicated desks (including two standing desks), and dual 27-inch monitors. It’s a space where you can balance video calls with fresh air breaks, blending productivity with the restorative quiet of the valley.

Sleeping arrangements
The cabin sleeps up to eight guests across three bedrooms and a loft. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while two additional bedrooms each offer queen beds. A cozy loft, also with a queen, provides flexible space for families or friends traveling together. Two bathrooms ensure convenience, and linens, towels, and essentials are provided for a comfortable stay.

Nearby adventures
Adventure begins just outside your door. Sugarbush Ski Resort is a 7-minute drive, offering world-class skiing and snowboarding in winter and scenic lift rides in summer. Warren Falls, only 5 minutes away, is a favorite for swimming on hot days. Paddle Blueberry Lake, hike the Long Trail, or explore local dining at Mad Taco, Hogan’s Pub, and Madbush Falls - all within 10-12 minutes. Tennis and pickleball courts at Warren School are also close by.

Beautiful property and house. The layout was wonderful. The house felt spacious even though it was small. The kitchen had everything we needed. The porch in back was perfect for reading. The furnishings were lovely. The proximity to Warren (2 miles) was great. The only issues were the low water pressure in the master bath shower (the large showerhead?) and a smell coming from the utility closet off of the master bedroom which we could not identify. Other than that, a perfect stay. We would like to return.
