Take relaxing showers in luxurious accessible bathrooms with unlimited hot water. Sleep soundly in 7 roomy bedrooms. And unwind outdoors in the large private backyard with towering trees, patio furniture and BBQ.

The space:

Fully furnished, meticulously maintained and tastefully decorated. This spacious, sun-filled, newly renovated, detached home offers complete privacy, security and comfort. The 7 bedrooms, 6 beds, 1 sofa bed and 2 bathrooms can accommodate up to 13 people. Flatscreen HDTV with Chromecast enables video streaming from any device. IPTV box with movie and sports channels available upon request. A dedicated workspace with desk, ergonomic chair and reliable high-speed internet allows you to work from home efficiently. Ample parking for up to 3 cars in private driveway.

Guest access:

Entire house, including main floor and basement.

Other things to note:

The 7th bedroom is set up with a sofa bed (twin size) by default. If you would like to add a single size bed, please let me know before booking.

Long term stays:

We're located in the multi-cultural neighbourhood of Wexford/Maryvale in western Scarborough. Its diversity is celebrated on Lawrence Avenue, where an international array of food shops and restaurants can be found. This mix includes East and West Indian, Caribbean, African, Mediterranean, Greek and Italian businesses.

Great for a large group

We needed a place to house 12 people for a near by softball tournament. This place was able to house all of us comfortably. The basement is setup like a 2nd apartment with its own kitchen which was handy. The owner was in communication with me the whole time which i appreciate. Would stay here again for sure.. Thanks again Michael.

Great location. excellent value.

The description and pictures of this property are very accurate. Although it showed some wear, the house was organized and extremely clean. As a family group of 10 adults and 4 children, the space was excellent for us. The backyard was great for playing and meals. The area was a perfect location and we loved the park just down the street. Our host Michael was exceptional. He was very responsive and so accommodating to anything we might need to make our stay easier in any way. We certainly very much appreciated his attentive helpfulness. We would look forward to staying at this property again.

The owner is very, very professional and easy to work with. This was important as other owners we had reservations with tried "bait& switch" and last minute cancellations. The house was very clean and we were permitted to enter 2 hours early with ten people (8 from Europe 5 of whom were kids) . There were ample supplies of paper products, coffee, tea and soaps for our 3 week stay. The backyard was helpful because of the 5 kids. A good local park is a short walk away. This quiet neighborhood is pleasant with friendly, helpful neighbors (don't park with your car facing the wrong way in this town). It was a great location for getting downtown (car or transit- we tried both), the Zoo, shopping, eating (in or take out) and some wonderful Parks and Gardens. Yes, it was a drive to Wonderland, but we only went once. We easily used the WI Fi connection all the time to find specific stores, etc. in an area (Toronto) that was new to us. The washer/dryer was a necessity for our long stay. We would use this property again if we needed a large space (which we did). We would also consider other properties of this owner as he was so available and professional to work with.

Great clean and spacious house in a quiet neighborhood and great location.

We had a group of 11 people stay in this house for a 4 day/3 night trip to Toronto. There was plenty of room for all and the amenities are great with free WIFI and beautiful kitchen. Two fridges was an added bonus as well, this house has all that you would need for your trip and more. It is about a 30-40 minute drive downtown with traffic, and we were able to use Ubers or Taxis to make the trip. Communication with the host was fantastic and exceeded all of our expectations!

Perfect for big family

This house in Toronto was close to all downtown and had 6 bedrooms. Perfect for a big family or large group. There were 2 washing machines and dryers and they even provided the detergent. The kitchen was fully stocked. All in all, I would say it worked for our vacation needs! The owner was very communicative and checked in with me to make sure everything was ok and to see if we needed anything.
