PEACH JAM visitors: Welcome to this condo in Augusta. It is 14 miles from the Riverview Gym in North Augusta, SC. This cozy retreat features 2 serene bedrooms with new queen beds, 2 bathrooms equipped with a hair dryer, and all the essential amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The unit is freshly renovated from floor to roof. This property will make guests feel right at home. Located as last unit in cul-de-sac. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. There is an enclosed patio with some green space. However, thanks to Helene presently the only usable portion outside is the patio with two chairs & table.

Why they chose this property

Original owner was interested in it as a retirement option. Then I purchased it 4 yrs later due to it's peacefulness with surrounding trees. It is an end unit on cul-de-sac, 2 miles from Doctors hospital.
