Nous avons été accueilli par IVONA, propriétaire du logement. Corbeille de fruit à disposition, et jus de fruit/lait déjà au réfrigérateur. Les points forts : appartement clean, grand, aéré, climatisé, propriétaire disponible (vit en dessous) - 2 salles de bain avec toilette, parking privatif facile (gros plus à Dubrovnik, où tout est payant) et calme! Jolie vue depuis le balcon. Mise à disposition de lits d'appoints le cas échéant. Commerces à proximité, on peut cuisiner dans l'appartement qui est correctement équipé. Accès à pied à la vieille ville (15/20 mns), à la plage "Bellevue Beach" (7 mns) et au port de Gruz (10 mns)... Attention Dubrovnik est très vallonnée ! Nous recommandons vivement le logement d'IVONA avec un excellent rapport qualité prix...

Muy buen recibimiento, pendiente que llegasemos hasta su parking. En el apartamento habia dejado fruta, galletas agua, leche, zumo y un dulce tipico hecho por ella.

Montovjerna is a quite and family friendly neighbourhood and that's what we like most about it.

What makes this property unique

My property is close to the Old Town which is everyone's focal point and reason to visit, however it's also close to all the other important sights such as the beautiful Lapad Promenade, amazing beaches, as well as the port of Gruž. It's just around 21 km away from the airport.
