Sweet little farmhouse that was comfortable and inviting. Only one bathroom upstairs for 4 bedrooms, but there is another full bath downstairs. Host was great with communication.

Great Wedding weekend

This house was the perfect home for our family to relax in during the weekend of my daughters wedding in Middleburg. We loved the back covered porch! The host met us at the door and was very helpful. The surrounding area is beautiful horse country!

Charming Country Farmhouse

What an absolutely peaceful, private setting in the countryside of Loudoun County. Well-appointed and comfortable. We were in town for a wedding and the farmhouse was perfect for our family. The host was very communicative and easy to reach.

Beautiful country retreat!

My group had a wonderful time here! Steve was very welcoming and walked us through the property upon our arrival. He was kind enough to let his horses out in the pasture closest to the rental so that our 2yo daughter could enjoy them! The home itself was beautiful, and we felt right at home (sheets were so comfy!). We will definitely look into staying here for our future trips to the area!

Perfect house for a group

My five friends and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. There was plenty of room for our group in the main living area, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were large, updated and pristine. The house is close to Purcellville and Middleburg, tons of breweries, wineries and restaurants. The host was very friendly and amenable. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

50th birthday weekend

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at your property. Everything was clean, lots of room, new furniture and beautiful yard/view. The only thing I would like to mention is that the staircase going upstairs is very slippery and rather dangerous. My friend slipped and fell down the stairs which was very scary.

For our girls weekend, we stayed at Anny’s Farm House. The house was perfect. The kitchen and TV area was like one big room, large and yet cozy so that we could all be together. The porch right off of this room was a wonderful gathering spot to enjoy our morning coffee, look out onto the beautiful fields and even got a visit from the horses. All of the bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and handsome furnishings. Steve was a wonderful host. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The resource binder was full of great information from the area’s history to the WiFi passwords and places to eat. We would love to come back!

Great property! Lots of space and well appointed.

The property was somewhat difficult to find for some members of our party as most navigation apps drop you off past the driveway. The 4br/2ba worked out great. The one difficulty was the upstairs bathroom is only accessible through two bedrooms. Guests in the other two rooms had to go down the stairs to use the bathroom. The stairs, which may be original to the home, were somewhat difficult to navigate as the steps were narrow. Overall the home was lovely, spacious and well appointed. We wanted for nothing during our stay. Steve was a gracious host and offered to stock up the kitchen with grocery and other items. We would definitely return!

Wow! Just Wow!

From the roads leading to the farmhouse to the stunning to the property on which it sits, we quickly fell in love. If you are looking for a calm, quiet place to unplug, Anny's Farm House is the right choice. We used the home for a girls' weekend as it was a great location - close to numerous wineries and restaurants but far enough outside of town to get that that peaceful decompression from our busy lives that we were all craving. The house itself is immaculate, spacious yet cozy, and overall inviting. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms large enough that two of us could primp at the same time. Steve is a fantastic host and was readily accessible when we had questions about the area and the history of the house. Our favorite part of the house was the back patio. Every morning we sat out there enjoying our coffees, watching the horses graze in the pasture as we planned the day. Our stay definitely went by to quickly and we all look forward to returning in the future. Thank you!

Great Stay in Round Hill!

We have a large family Christmas party in the Round Hill area every year and we have struggled in the past to find a place to sleep some of us. Our group is 7 adults and (this year) an infant. Anny’s Farm was absolutely THE BEST fit for our group and we truly enjoyed our stay! The home was clean, comfortable and convenient for where we needed to be. We had the opportunity to take a long walk (60min) and it was truly a stunning location. Furthermore, the hosts were very welcoming and communicated effectively during our welcome and throughout our stay. We hope the house is available for future Christmas party’s because we truly enjoyed ourselves!

Beautiful and serene getaway

Absolutely perfect!

I have to start off by saying that not only is the drive there absolutely beautiful, but the experience we had during our stay was so incredibly pleasant and comfortable. Steve welcomed us as if we were nothing but family. The house was so clean and homey. It had everything we needed for our families needs. Steve was such a nice person. He invited us to come over to their barn every morning so my son could feed the chickens and the horses. What an amazing experience. My son loved him. Held his hand to help feed the animals. Our trip was too short, and we do plan to return back one of these days. I give this review 100 stars!

Lovely country farmhouse

Our family of 7 adults had a weekend stay at Abby’s Farm House. The house is nicely furnished and very comfortable. Our favorite spot was the patio off the kitchen, which has a beautiful view of the surrounding farmland. The owner Steve lives in the adjacent house down the road and was extremely attentive. It was a very good experience for our family.
