Comfortable spacious waterfront ranch home with lower level on beautiful Lake Keowee. Home is situated at the end of cul-de-sac in a quite neighborhood in the Crooked Creek section. Home has a private boat ramp with dock and ample parking space for boat trailer. Boat dock has jet ski slip. Home is surrounded by tall and mature hardwoods with large garden areas.

Home is 3,000 square-foot with many outdoor porch/patio areas. The large fully equipped kitchen has ample seating for 10 people for dining at table and island. Kitchen has been remodeled and has new flooring, cabinets, countertops, and appliances. Living room has queen sofa bed and a beautiful view of the lake. Home has screened porch off the living room with patio table and another seating for 10.

Master bedroom has queen bed with view of the lake. Master bedroom has 1/2 bath with laundry room. Second bedroom has one double bed and a queen size bed. All bedrooms have large closets. Third bedroom is lake front on lower level. It has a queen bed and full bath. Flat screen televisions throughout including bedrooms.

Lower level has another living area with beautiful lake view. Lower level has separate dining area and another open air lake front porch with picnic table.

This home is great for family vacations and friendly gatherings. Perfect for Clemson football weekends. Mature hardwood trees deliver spectacular Autumn colors.

Relaxing Stay

We loved that there was so much room to spread out and relax. My adult son enjoyed having his own space downstairs with his own TV space. We, older folks, enjoyed the peace and quiet upstairs. The views were beautiful and we spent many hours on the back screened porch enjoying them while eating or playing cards. The remodeled kitchen was beautiful with everything you needed to cook your own meals. We loved every minute and would return to enjoy this place again.

Family Vacation

Water was perfect! Don’t need a boat at this property, I enjoyed floating out from the dock - concrete steps beside dock to a sandy bottom first few feet from steps. Sons enjoyed a little fishing & caught nice size catfish from dock. Check-in easy. Owner provided detailed instructions before check-in & was very responsive. House is comfortable, kitchen is well stocked; lay out was perfect for adult children to stay up late without keeping rest of house up. Plenty of parking; 2 towed boats, 1 towed skis, 2 others drove separate.. Water was great & just down from gas at dock with pay at pump. Thank you Stan!

Perfect for Clemson graduation

This was a great house. The owner was very helpful. It was much more spacious than I thought from the online description. It’s basically two separate apartments which my young adult son loved. It was very easy for my elderly parents to maneuver. It’s on a great spot on the lake in a quiet Cove. I was worried that it would be too far from Clemson but it really was easy to get there. Well stocked kitchen. The only thing I can imagine some people wouldn’t like is that the decor is dated. It’s a Lakehouse… We loved it. We don’t want to stay someplace super fancy when we are just hanging out at the lake.

The house is pretty beat up. No toilet paper or basic supplies were included. Great location and would rent again if repairs were done. TV’s were very old and some did not work.

I’m sorry about your bad experience. We’re putting in new flooring in a couple of months and have some other plans as well. This is the first I have heard about the TVs. We’ve had folks in there all summer and no complaints. However, we will check them out.

Lake front position and natural setting was very beautiful. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Large home with a lots of space. The screen in back porch in front of the lake we very nice. The only thing that could make it better would be to have some toys for the lake (flotation devices) and a gas barbeque. The communication with the owner was excellent making us comfortable upon arrival and departure.

The house was perfect for our family. The driveway and yard were a bit steeper than we anticipated, but it was easy to put in/take out our boat even with a 2wd truck. It's quiet with minimal boat traffic, and the water is crystal clear and at a perfect temperature. The awesome screened in back porch is where we spent most of our time. The house has everything you need, although there is only one icemaker and it doesn't produce alot of ice.

This house was perfect! Our group was very pleased with the location, boat dock and ramp located on the property. The house was stocked with towels, blankets, pillows and every kitchen tool needed to cook and even a charcoal grill! The kids had their own private space downstairs and the house was very clean! We plan to stay again next year! Stan, the property manager was very kind and answered any questions we had! Loved everything about the stay!
