This newly renovated home is approximately 2100sf with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Furnished and decorated by award winning Martha's Vineyard interior designer at Vineyard Decorators, this home features beautiful quality furnishings. The home is bathed in tranquil colors reflective of the Vineyard and its landscape. We are a 10 minute walk distance to downtown Oak Bluffs, the harbor and beaches. The home has everything new: new furniture, new central air conditioning, new kitchen and appliances, new hardwood floors installed throughout, newly painted and remodeled. Outside you will find an inviting deck with furniture, beautiful newly landscaped yard, patio with gas grill, and a private outdoor shower.

First Floor
The first floor has an open floor plan with a spacious living room with a 65" Flat Screen TV. There is a newly renovated kitchen with a separate dining area, and counter with seating. A large master bedroom with King bed, Flat Screen TV and a full bathroom that offers plenty of closet space, and a second bedroom with Queen Bed and Flat Screen TV. There is also another full bathroom.

Second Floor
Walk up the stairs to find yourself in a large open living area that serves as a second TV/ Media room with sectional sofa and Flat Screen TV. There are 2 additional large bedrooms with a full bathroom. One with 3 twin beds and the other with 2 twin beds.

Our home is located .5 miles from the hustle and bustle of downtown Oak Bluffs. This location is unique as you are a short walk or bike ride away from everything that Oak Bluffs has to offer, yet you far enough away to experience the peace and tranquility of the island. During the day enjoy shopping the boutiques along Circuit Ave, swimming in the ocean at the Inkwell Beach, strolling and dining along the harborside, then retreat back to the quiet solitude of our house. The walk to town is pleasant and safe, down residential dirt roads, easily avoiding major roads making it great if you are with kids! We are just a short distance to the County Road bike path, which connects to miles of island bike paths.

We are situated 2 miles from the Vineyard Haven Steamship Authority Terminal and .7 miles from the Oak Bluffs Steamship Authority Terminal, the Island Queen and the Hyline Ferries.

Updated house, A/C, walk to town!

We really enjoyed our stay in this spacious, clean, updated home. The host was easy to communicate with and you just can’t beat the location (15 min walk, without sidewalk in the first half of the walk but plenty of room to walk and you will see many people making the same trek). We made use of the grill and enjoyed our time sitting on the porch. Kitchen was in good working order. Check in and check out process was easy.

Beautiful home, excellent location

This was our first visit to Martha’s Vineyard, and this home was a wonderful home away from home. We share the rental with another family, and the layout is perfect. We had plenty of space. Other than needing to provide our own linens, the home was well appointed. Including beach equipment, which was key. Also, location is perfect for getting to the beach/shops/restaurants by car, bike, or even walking! Host was readily available for questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely rent here again. :-)

18th Birthday

We celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday with family and friends. The house's proximity to downtown allowed for the perfect meeting spot for others wanting to join us for a day at the beach. The house was clean with ample space for all to spread out. I would highly recommend this property for others wanting to enjoy the hustle and bustle of Oak Bluffs, but come home to a quiet neighborhood. We had our car, however this house could easily be accessed without one. It was a short walk to downtown, Inkwell Beach, and the bus.

Wonderful Wedding Weekend

Came to MV for my oldest sons weeding. Shared house with my 2 married children, my sister=in=law and nephew. Flow of the house is excellent; clean and uncluttered. Walk to Oak Bluffs is great. Easy communication with property manager. Highly recommend it.

Best choice we made

It is not uncommon for the property to not match up with the picture or description but in this case, what was reported was what we got. There were 5 adults and two kids and all the adults repeatedly said that they loved the property and the kids could roam around the house comfortably without running into things. The first and second floor family rooms were ample with enough seating and space to enjoy. The only complaint we had was that the wide screen tv in the living area on the first floor was problematic. Problems with turning it on. Often had to turn the router off and wait and turn it back on to watch. Not a problem with any other tv. But we managed and truly enjoyed our stay. My wife already wants to return in the future, in spite of the tv problem. It was immaculate, well furnished with new fixtures, and close to town-town and the shore.

Great Stay in Oak Bluffs

My family and I had a great stay at this home over a long weekend. It's a beautiful modern spot with many comfortable homey touches. The location is great! It's secluded enough from town to be quite and private but close enough to walk, though the walk is down unpaved roads and the shortest route is on a pretty busy road. You do have to bring or rent your own sheets/towels though the home has beach towels and blankets. Would highly recommend this home for a family or a group of friends.
