Make yourself at home in this charming 2-bedroom Whidbey Island retreat. This delightful cottage features 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a bathroom with a shower, shampoo and body wash and hair dryer. Enjoy amenities like heating and AC. Well stocked full kitchen if you are staying in to cook. Beautiful, private grounds and quiet surroundings where you can do your yoga on the porch or grass before breakfast. Enjoy your morning coffee at the table on the deck or dinner on the patio surrounded by flowers and the beautiful meadow. Curl up in one of the seating areas outside or inside in the lovely living room with a book from our small book collection. Or have fun with games and puzzles that we provide. Owners live in an adjacent home on the property. You will have complete privacy as we are across the meadow. We respect your privacy but are available if you need us. There is so much to do here on Whidbey. Hike, bring your bike or paddleboard. Island Shakespeare Festival, Django Fest, Mystery weekend. Music, wineries, breweries and restaurants. Enjoy what Whidbey island has to offer with a stay at our enchanting cottage.

The Maxwelton Valley is a beautiful place. There is a rich history here. It’s very quiet and peaceful with deer, rabbits, hummingbirds, eagles all to see from the shade of the maple trees.

What makes this property unique

Our property is one of the most beautiful of the Maxwelton Valley. Quiet, centrally located and safe. Enjoy your time here relaxing in the yard, eat your breakfast on the deck while the hummingbirds go buzzing by. Or listening to the birds, watching bunnies and deer. This property has been our home
for 40 yrs. We have built these homes for our enjoyment and would like to share this one with you. Please come and be our guests. You will hopefully love it as much as we have all these years.
