Peaceful Water View House!

Peaceful Water View House is a single house built in 2011 with views of the Hillsborough River and the Charlottetown Harbour, where cruise ships arrive at the island. The house is spacious, with large transparent glass doors, soundproofing, and shiny natural wooden floors. Here, you can sip a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while watching the yachts go by. All within walking distance are shopping malls, museums, squares, churches, exhibition centers, marinas, seafood restaurants, pubs with homemade local draft beer, as well as the city's museum and exhibition centers. You can also easily drive a few minutes to the wonderful beaches that await you. If you are a golf enthusiast, it only takes a few minutes to reach the famous golf courses.
The first floor includes a living room with a sofa and a tea table. The TV includes Digital TV (standard) with large windows overlooking the river, next to a working desk connected to high-speed fiber optic Internet up to 1.5Gbs (printing is available upon request, and a small fee applies). Inside is a dining area with large windows and doors to the garden (you can also join us in gardening if you’re interested). There is a spacious kitchen fully equipped with a large refrigerator, an electric stove including a toaster (dough mixer included), a toaster oven, a large microwave oven, dishwasher, … and there's even a bar where you can enjoy a glass of wine. There is also a tea and coffee-making area with a Keurig K-Duo Essentials Coffee Maker. A half-bathroom for your convenience. The entire second floor is designed as a bedroom space. Consisting of 3 bedrooms, there is a master bedroom equipped with a King-size bed, an armchair for reading, and glass doors to the balcony large enough for you to observe Charlottetown Harbor. Outside the balcony, there is an outdoor sofa for your whole family to enjoy the view of the yachts and boats passing by. The room has a full private toilet with two Vessel washbasins, a Jacuzzi tub, and a freestanding bathtub (3 pieces). Each of the other two bedrooms has a Queen-size bed, sharing a full bathroom with a bathtub. There is also a laundry room on this floor with a washing machine and dryer. If you have small children, there is also a child protection compartment to help protect your children’s safety. We have an underfloor heating system, a central air-exchange unit that efficiently exchanges air between the house that provides great climate control, no matter the time or weather of the year. The house is also equipped with a generator, so even if a city power failure occurs, you can still enjoy the fun moments of your vacation with your family to the fullest.
