Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Please gather up any and all of your towels throughout the house and place them in the showers downstairs, Remove your unused bedding and place downstairs
Pretty Please clean & rinse your dishes, load them in the dish washer, add a lil soap and start it.
Make sure any waste left behind from your pet is disposed of in the trash bins.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Locals/Intown guests are not permitted to stay or book our property, inquire if needed Occupancy limits is 10 people, inside and outside the property.
Self-check in you must follow the instructions, $200 fee per day if you smoke inside, $100 late check out fee, External cameras are in use, entrances.
$500 fee for glitter, confetti, or tape on walls, NO FIREARMS, a noise monitor is installed, written approval needed for commercial photography/video.
