Nicely renovated condo, two minute walk to beautiful Cocoa Beach. The colorful beach décor inside will make you feel like you are at the beach. This is a light and cheery corner unit with easy access to courtyard and parking. Condo is fully furnished with all the comforts required for a day or week at the beach. Small complex only 14 units, two story. Great location for the Florida beach community lifestyle. Condo has two wonderful courtyards for relaxing after a day at the beach. Conveniently located in Cocoa Beach, within walking distance to pier, restaurants and activities.

We had a great time here. The pictures doesn’t do it justice. Very clean, comfortable beds and close to beach. Stayed here prior to our cruise. The drive was maybe 8-10mins to port. Nice stay!

We are a food vendor for the Cocoa Beach Art Show and needed a place to stay and recuperate between days. The place was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely use this place if my wife and I want to get away for a beach weekend.

Great beach house!

Place was stocked with bear gear and a short two block walk. Located away from the hotel chains, the beach wasn’t crowded and perfect for anytime of the day visit.

Location of this VRBO is in proximity to the cruise port. It was clean, stocked with all essentials, with great communication. Will stay here everytime we cruise, if available. I will try to reserve our dates in Jan when we return from this one!

Quiet, comfortable condo just a short walk from the beach. Excellent pricing for the location and amenities. A good jumping off point for area activities, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Would 100% stay again.
