Nicely renovated condo, two minute walk to beautiful Cocoa Beach. The colorful beach décor inside will make you feel like you are at the beach. This is a light and cheery corner unit with easy access to courtyard and parking. Condo is fully furnished with all the comforts required for a day or week at the beach. Small complex only 14 units, two story. Great location for the Florida beach community lifestyle. Condo has two wonderful courtyards for relaxing after a day at the beach. Conveniently located in Cocoa Beach, within walking distance to pier, restaurants and activities.

Property is perfect. It is literally a 2 minute walk to the beach with no major streets to cross. We stayed before our cruise out of Port Canaveral and it is just 5 minutes to the port. We got to see a Space X launch while we were there. This was our second stay before a cruise and we will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect stay. Everything that was listed about the property was accurate. Property was clean, and just minutes walk to the beach. Will definitely dry again if ever visiting the area again!

Once again, I sincerely apologize for your stay. As I mentioned earlier, our winter guests of 3 months just departed the property and did not indicate there were any issues. They have returned every winter for 15 years so they know the property well. I appreciate you bringing this to our attention, it obviously was an issue. I did send you a refund hoping this softens the burden. As you can see, we have a highly rated property and this unfortunate issue is unacceptable. We have taken necessary steps to eliminate the problem so our guests can enjoy their stay. We visit the property regularly and strive to maintain a clean and friendly environment.

Condo was nice and clean, had a great at home feel to it! Definitely will stay here again! Check in was smooth and easy, host was great at communicating and allowed me to check in a couple of hours early

The location is the perfect distance from the beach & in a great quiet neighborhood. Very clean & has everything you need for a comfy stay. The owner is very communicative & you can tell that they put a lot of thought into making a clean, beautiful place to vacation.

Great beach house!

Place was stocked with bear gear and a short two block walk. Located away from the hotel chains, the beach wasn’t crowded and perfect for anytime of the day visit.

Perfect place for our needs.

We are a food vendor for the Cocoa Beach Art Show and needed a place to stay and recuperate between days. The place was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely use this place if my wife and I want to get away for a beach weekend.

Clean unit near beach

We had a great time here. The pictures doesn’t do it justice. Very clean, comfortable beds and close to beach. Stayed here prior to our cruise. The drive was maybe 8-10mins to port. Nice stay!
