Just two miles away from the beach, The Sandbox offers privacy and seclusion while still being close enough to all the action. Quality construction and stylish decor is evident throughout the home, with three beautifully decorated bathrooms featuring top-of-the-line fixtures.
Property has 2 outdoor cameras on the premises. One is near the front door the other is facing the shed in the back. Cameras are use for security purposes ONLY.
On the first floor, guests will find a foyer, family room, laundry room, and a queen bedroom with its own bathroom. There's also a twin bedroom with two trundle beds, sleeps four, and an office with a daybed and trundle bed. An additional deluxe bathroom completes the first floor.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Please start the wash the night before (beach towels etc.) The cleaning lady only has a few hours to do all the wash any help you can give would be greatly appreciated
Garbage pickup is Saturday morning If you could put the garbage out the night before
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
