Unfortunately, it is peak season at the beach and like most resorts in PCB overcrowded tends be the only down fall. But who can blame them with the sugar sand and emerald waters. Sorry to hear about the slow elevators. Summer is a very busy season and this causes congestion. We try to suggest to our guest to use the elevators during the non peak times of the day to help with the congestion. Thanks again for your feedback. Thanks for your review on our condo. I am sorry to hear you were unhappy with the Shores of Panama. It is a large building and summer can be a very busy time for vacationers. This unfortunately causes crowds and congestion. This unit is unable to have a table but the bar area in the kitchen offers a great place to eat during your stay. We hope you enjoyed the gorgeous views and spent most you vacation out on the amazing beach front. Thanks again for your feedback.

Vacation Life Properties prides ourselves on 5 star condos and take the happiness of our guests personally. We have addressed this issue with our contracted cleaners. They have hired more inspectors and fired the cleaner that was supposed to clean this unit. We hope you stay with us again at one of our many locations.

Unfortunately we only manage the condo and not the resort, but we do encourage you to reach out to them and let them know of the issues you ran into so that they are aware and can address them. We do make every effort to make our guests aware that elevator wait times can be extensive at this large resort, especially during peak times. We do hope we can book you again soon! Hi Heather, thank you for providing your review. We certainly understand that you were disappointed in the condition of the condo and we want you to know that we are too. That is not how we do business, nor do we promise someone will be out when they won't. In this instance, the cleaner responsible said she was coming, but then said she couldn't come until the morning. I understand they did come with all new linens, cleaned the floors, and all other cleaning concerns. Those sheets should never have been used and I've addressed this with the cleaners once again that if they see anything on the sheets at all to report it and we will promptly take new ones to them while they are cleaning. All that said, we know that was not what you were expecting or deserved, and for that, we greatly apologize. We are glad you enjoyed the location and view of the condo, which is stunning. With regard to the resort staff, we're afraid that is beyond our control, but we are happy to report they are now under new management. We are hoping that will improve their quality of staff on site. Again, we do apologize for the issues during your stay and take this feedback for improvement very seriously.
